"We booked a table and on entering the restaurant were told there was a 45 minute delay, we had booked to go to the cinema based on the times we wanted to eat only 3 kitchen staff on this is the second time it has happened and the restaurant wasn't even that busy. I ordered a King Prawn Linguine which cost over £13 and had only 5 prawns in it not very good value for money at all!!"

I ordered tagliatelle that was overcooked and clumped together. I expressed my concerns, and they kindly didn't charge me for it.

Great service as always! Although our reservation wasn’t honored, we were given a complimentary dish because we had to wait longer than expected. My partner's cannelloni was quite tough, likely from being overcooked, but my ravioli was absolutely delicious. Despite the hiccup, I really enjoyed my meal, just as I always do here!

I had a lovely dining experience with excellent food, great value, and attentive service. I made a reservation through OpenTable, but when I arrived, they couldn't find any record of my booking. Thankfully, there were still tables available, but I would have been really disappointed if the restaurant had been fully booked. Overall, it was a great meal!

"Our first experience at a Zizzi… We arrived at 12:30 on a Saturday expecting the place to be packed but happily we managed to get a table straight away we had a nice booth tucked away in the corner. I visited the toilets first of all which, let me just say.. the corridor definitely took me by surprise! Each toilet is in its own little room with your own personal sink, I think it’s the best way to have public toilets. First of all, we ordered drinks which was 2x glass bottle cokes which are the best type our drinks came with a complimentary portion of pasta crisps. We ordered a cheesy garlic bread without the caramelised onions for starter which arrived pre sliced and was really delicious, it could’ve done with a little more cheese though. For mains, my partner had spaghetti bolognese and I had the pepperoni campagna pizza with added chicken. The pizza was delicious, a little unbalanced on the toppings, it was nice and full on the right side of the pizza compared to the left side but I was full by the time I reached that side anyway! Bonus points for the mini pizza cutter, that was brilliant. The food was generally good, my partner said the spaghetti needed a little salt to bring the flavour out but it was a good sized portion and both meals were made with quality ingredients. During the main course, I ordered a couple of “softail” drinks; the Pineapple Punch and the Passion Fruitini I wasn’t very impressed with these, they were far too sweet and mostly filled with ice, I just expected more for from two drinks that cost £9.90. The staff were generally friendly, we did keep hearing one of the chefs shouting at one of his co workers, something about a metal bowl but he was very loud and aggressive not something you want to have on show if you’re going to have a open kitchen in your restaurant. We used the QR code to pay our bill which was a nice and easy way to do it."

"We had a bit of an informal meeting here. Lucy D was our server and she couldn't do enough for us. We had 2 different allergies on our table and it wasn't too much trouble and the allergy process was explained to us fully. The food was lovely and came to us quickly. The allergy food was brought separately and clearly marked. Overall a really good lunch. Dietary restrictions: Raw egg allergy and coeliac disease. Service: Dine in"

"Really lovely meal at Miller and Carter Cheshire Oaks. Our first ever visit to Miller and Carter. Great service by Jamie, who was run off his feet but made sure we were looked after, the butchers sharer we got for mains was hands down one of the best meals we have ever had. "Dog friendly pub area with a lovely fireplace. The food was great! We had pea and ham soup as starter, which was hearty and yum (with a little kick which was great for a cold day). The lamb was really delicious and generous in portion too. The chicken satay was delicious as well, nice spicy, and the homemade satay sauce was good (not authentic but good enough). Crispy beef was deliciously sticky. There is a lot of chicken in the Chicken Cesar salad, lovely and moist meat which was given a garlic herb rub, really delicious. The service was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, friendly and attentive staff. All and all, two thumbs up!"

"I went to sizzling seasoned before being with my wife to get a take away and I am a for a hot curry, so I asked the man when vinderloo was the hottest that she could do the man, replied no one ever asked for something hotter before and was really helpful I ended up having a humble phall and then for a meal there was booked in a couple of weeks, then you would try to put me in a bit"
