Var med min kone og vores piger, fik god tysk landkost i dejlige omgivelser med udsigt over åbne marker.Der er også hotel her, hvis det lever op til vores madoplevelse, kan man helt klart tage et par overnatninger her!

we have spent our annual holiday with dog, at fam. ahrens, wonderful quiet generous holiday apartment . restaurant superb,riesen portions which were also loving and very tasty. family ahrens had received us very nice and family on the first day and all 14 days we enjoyed it, so only to recommend who is looking for rest and friendly host!!

the kitchen offers regional dit dit and dat on english special days offer or simply let you surprise I had PfifferlingssuppeLecker!The next night a little more hunger because afternoon nothing eats again dit and datdazu a shvarier scavenger. the quantity again sufficient for an additional doggy bag. 3 pommes and some salate remained. again much too much, but delicious!To digest helped a ratzeputz!Too high, the jugend would probably say. I say I'm coming back!

we have been here many times. the card offers a fine and selected selection, which meets every taste. originally the map had been widened very well by 7 dishes, in the meantime very well.The village atmosphere meets you already in the gaststube, which - felt - has not changed since my childhood. This atmosphere is still supported by the host, who says unblunted what he thinks.The events are outstanding (slaughterboard dinner, matjesessen, pp)., which take place about 4x a year. !fazit: a visit worth a visit, for a break in a long journey with overnight only right. and whoever thinks to give gas here, he should take the spirit of heat, ratzeputz and a 108 in the order. ;-)

(This is a review of the hotel in which the restaurant is located.)We stayed here because of a friend's event near-by and there were no practical alternatives as this hotel was within a walking distance from the event place. The whole place oozes the feeling of late 70's, in the not-so-good sense. The interior was dark, with all the mandatory deer heads and needle-point works, and the phone in the room still had the rotary dial. After a long corona-induced abstinence, we wanted to support the gastronomy again. The weather was good and the corona numbers in our region were low. Unvaccinated, but standing on the waiting list, we have a terrace place in the Hotel/Restaurant Zum Becklinger Holz in advance. When we arrived, all normal parking spaces were occupied. The hungry guest parks on the side of the access road. Service We had hardly reached the restaurant entrance, a nice young lady with disinfectants stood in front of us and took us in reception.
