"Came here with a fighter from Las Vegas to box on a show in Mannheim. We made this our place to eat every day.. It was awesome.. The people though were just the best.. On the day of the fight we came for a pre fight meal, but to our horror it was closed.. As we looked inside , the family were eating a family meal around the table.. They saw us outside and even invited us in to join them.. We didn't want to disturb their meal, but the gesture was a touch of class.. Out of this world.."

"Had dinner here yesterday, the food was amazing and the staff very kind. They have a varied menu, so everyone will find something they like. The evening atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. The candle and rose on the table gave it a nice romantic touch as well. I didn’t need a reservation and the service was very quick. Definitely recommend!"

"we enjoyed this beautiful restaurant in ludwigshafen very much. Although it is over 30 years old, it is new and beautifully renovated, stylishly furnished and everything is very clean. we were lost on the way there, so we called and asked how we came in, and the staff was super helpful - they even suggested to pick us up with their car! the service was friendly, professional and very attentive. for the beginning we had goose levers, that was the sky. then we ordered saltimbocca alla romana and grilled wolfbarsch - both dishes were very good. quite large portions, but of great (fresher) quality. prices are comparable to mannheim's top restaurants, but overall very fair for ambiente, quality and service. highly recommended!"

"Wir haben für unsere Weihnachtsfeier mit 23 Personen reserviert gehabt. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Es gab eine Sektempfang. Danach sind wir in den unteren Bereich zum Essen. Die Menüfolge war vorher schon besprochen sodass man alles hätte gut vorbereiten können. So ab dann war es leider nicht mehr so schön. Getränke wie Weizenbier bekommt man eine Flasche und ein Glas hingestellt. Einschenken muss man selbst. Zum Essen. Dieses Bestand bei mir: 1. Vorspeise: Würfel vom frischen Thunfisch mit Mango Kaviar. Fazit: Der Thunfisch war wässrig und so sauer angemacht das man meinen konnte da will man etwas kaschieren. Mango Kaviar war für mich nicht erkennbar. 2. Hauptgang: Lachs auf einem Bett aus Meerrettich-Creme. und mediterranem Gemüse. Fazit: Das Stückchen Lachs war leider trocken. Das mediterrane Gemüse bestand aus 3 Broccoli-Röschen wo eiskalt waren. Wie gerade aufgetaut. Die Meerrettich-Creme hat nach allem geschmeckt aber nicht nach Meerrettich. Weitere Beilage Fehlanzeige. 3. Nachspeise: Warmer Schoko-Brownie mit eisiger Überraschung. Fazit. Der Schoko-Brownie war kalt und klotzig. Aber immerhin konnte man die eine Eiskugel darauf Essen. Als Info. Das Restaurant war bis nach dem Hauptgang fast noch leer. Service: Erst nach Aufforderung wurde der Tisch abgeräumt. Getränke Nachfrage gab es ganz selten. Im ganzen ein Abend zum vergessen. Ich kann dazu nur sagen das da Leute im falschen Handwerk tätig sind. Was das ganze kosten sollte lassen wir jetzt mal lieber weg. Ich wünsche dem Inhaber einen besseren Koch und gutes Personal. Ansonsten hat diese Restaurant in meinen Augen keine Zukunft."

"Traditional but also quite imaginative cuisine, almost something crossover. Wide range of local wines and beer. The alcohol-free white beer tastes better than some TV beer with alcohol. "Wir waren Freitag Abend zu zweit hier und hatten zunächst Beilagensalat und Pulposalat auf Rote-Beete-Carpacchio bestellt. Als Hauptspeise hatten wir die hausgemachten Tagliatelle mit Spargel und Garnelen und die Pizza Frutti di Mare.Vorweg bekamen wir einen Gruß aus der Küche. Die Qualität der Speisen war sehr gut, die Frische der Meeresfrüchte top (auch wenn 3 Garnelen bei Tagliatelle zu wenig sind).Der Service war gut organisiert und freundlich, die Speisen kamen sehr zügig. Es gab nichts Elementares auszusetzen. Die Herzlichkeit, die einigen offensichtlichen Stammkunden entgegengebracht wurde, hat mir jedoch etwas gefehlt.Trotzdem ein Top-Italiener!"

Everything was fantastic, but the tasty gravy pulled it all together and made me want to eat every last bite. Service was polite and timely, they paid attention and checked in on us a few times. We accidentally seated ourselves at a reserved table, and they were absolutely kind about moving us over and getting us resettled. The place is traditional German style inside, looks warm and inviting, and comfortable."

"Der Service ist ordentlich: Bedienung zuvorkommend und freundlich wobei das sicher auch an der spärlichen Anzahl der belegten Tische lag. Die Pizzen haben eine ordentliche Größe und die Tages Pizza war eine interessante Variation: Spinat mit Spargel und Sauce Hollandaise. Die Preise sind schon ordentlich, etwa zehn Euro pro Pizza. Die Pizzen sind auch nicht gerade gut belegt, vor allem mangelt es an Käse. Das Ambiente mit Blick auf die Hauptverkehrsstraßen des Gewerbegebiets und dem nur spärlich dekorierten Hinterhof ich könnte schöner sein. Auffallend unschön sind auch die Sanitäranlagen, die dringend einer Überholung bedürfen. Am ärgerlichsten jedoch ist die Tatsache, dass man nicht mit Karte zahlen kann und ich deshalb 25 Minuten zu einem Geldautomaten und zurück laufen musste. The service is decent: the staff is courteous and friendly although that was certainly also due to the sparse number of occupied tables. The pizzas are a decent size and the pizza of the day was an interesting variation: spinach with asparagus and hollandaise sauce. The prices are decent, around ten euros per pizza. The pizzas aren't exactly well topped either, and above all there's a lack of cheese. The ambience with a view of the main thoroughfares of the commercial area and the sparsely decorated backyard could be nicer. The sanitary facilities, which urgently need an overhaul, are also notably unattractive. Most annoying though is the fact that you can't pay by card so I had to walk 25 minutes to an ATM and back."

We ordered a naan, vegetable pasta and bhajis. The starters came with four Chutneys/sauces. The nets were also really delicious. My potato-cauliflower table was a dry curry and mild. My friends had ordered wet curries that were fragrant and spicy. The menu is available in English and German. The vegetarian section has some vegan dishes, although they are not marked as such. "Wir waren dort letzten Freitag mal wieder mit Freunden Essen und es war einfach wieder sehr lecker. In den letzten Wochen gab es auf dem ein oder anderen Sozialen Netzwerk Beschwerden wegen der Preiserhöhungen, die tatsächlich ein paar Euro ausmachen, wenn man aber die Frische der Produkte, die Portionsgrößen und die, überall stattfindenten Preiserhöhungen berücksichtigt, sind die neuen Preise absolut in Ordnung. Wir hatten Cordon Bleu (bestehend aus 2 richtigen dicken Schnitzel in knuspriger Panade, gefüllt mit Käse und Schinken) und zwei Personen hatten einen Salatteller mit Putenstreifen, beides war frisch, sehr reichhaltig und super lecker. Der Service war freundlich und schnell. Die Leute die sich über die neuen Preise aufregen, sollten mal richtig vergleichen, man bekommt hier frische Zutaten, frisch zubereitet (keine TK Ware)und in ordentlicher Größe. Das Schnitzel Gericht beinhaltet das Schnitzel, als Beilage z.b. Bratkartoffeln und einen Salat, bei vielen Wettbewerbern gibt es das Schnitzel Gericht evtl. 1-2€ günstiger, aber dafür ist meist kein Salat dabei und dieser muss dann für 4-5€ dazu erworben werden, also kommt man schlussendlich teurer davon... Von uns gibt es auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung und wir kommen sicherlich demnächst wieder."
