"Tiramisu is like a little slice of Italy in your mouth We didn't even plan to come here, and we're so thankful we did! We came wanting some margherita and yet the dessert blew us away! This tiramisu was truly AH-MAZZZ-INGG! Definitely a melt in your mouth situation and I don't think we could've gotten anything better then this! "Clean, cosy, lovely little place, a lot of choice but clearly laid out, simple food made with care and very good value. Not fine dining but it does not pretend to be, vegetarians and vegans would not struggle here, bread could have been better was the only quibble. Seemed to be filled with tourists such as myself from all over the world, we seemed quite a pleasant rounded mix the night we were in. The place also seemed to have a few locals and possibly Italians from further afield dining here, which myself and my partner took as a good sign just after we had ordered and observed people flowing in chatting to staff; i'm pleased to say on this occasion this turned out not to be an unfounded good sign. The staff were excellent, the best experience from an eatery point of view after two days in the city. Reflecting a little more they would hold their own in many of the best places I've been too."

"Davvero un cattivo servizio. Noi (due adulti e un anno) siamo stati i primi ad arrivare, e abbiamo preso un solo tavolo come erano tutti liberi. Una cameriera ci ha chiesto se avevamo una prenotazione che non era, ma non era un problema rimanere. Non è stato offerto menu o acqua. Minuti dopo, alcuni altri tavoli sono stati occupati e i clienti sono stati serviti come dovremmo. Abbiamo chiesto se c'è una certa ragione che non otteniamo un servizio, allora siamo stati approvati con il menu e siamo riusciti a ordinare un po' d'acqua. Quando la bottiglia è arrivata, abbiamo chiesto il conto e abbiamo deciso di andare, in modo che la cameriera ha ripreso la bottiglia senza nemmeno farci prendere un sorso. Non consigliato per famiglie con bambini!"

"un gastronaut che si sente tale, non deve mai avere olio evo non certificato come allora è un abiurium a servire della crosta di grana della Po Valley sul primo, in una locanda che flaunts la certificazione di qualità, perché locale storico. soffocato sul friulano, buono ma con un prezzo esorbitante 35 euro. eravamo 4 persone per un totale di 174 euro. 2h2o 1 stop e 1 mossa. molto eccessivo: 2 antipasti 1 di pesce grezzo l'altro di piemontese-discreti il pesce/che buono il secondo. 3 primo: i piselli di susina - sicuramente lamina velenosa. Orecchini con agnello ragout paventing presumibilmente sbriciolato di caciocavallo podolico. torta di patate arrosto ecc della serie che lasciamo per rimanere. come seconda 1 porzione di cervo al rango del locale. 1 dolce bene. molto caro e non all'altezza del rango flunted."

"Visited the place in winter when it wasn’t too crowded. The location is quite popular as it is on the path if you wanna go further to the Santa Maria Della Salute. The food itself is actually pretty good but it is sometimes too expensive. They dont write prices for everything so the check was 60 euroes for some deserts, coffee and wine. Can’t blame them for that but they could atleast tell that they serve expensive wine only. The service is awful. There are a lot of waiters but they come only to italian people and you have to wait 20 minutes even if you call them. The cafes next to it had hesters outside and this one didnt so it was pretty cold outside as it was full inside."

"We went to this restaurant one lunchtime in October in 2022. Best margarita pizza and tomato pasta we had ever had. We just came back to Sorrento today and searched for La Basilica. We eventually found it. My wife had La Basilica pizza and I had Scialatielli allo scoglio (clams, mussels, king prawn cooked in a sauce that tasted like it had been cooked for days in a slow cooker . We had a tiramisu also. All wine and food as amazing as before. Staff were fantastic as well. All i can say to them is Bravo! Grazia! Salut! We will be back. Probably tomorrow :"

"Mia moglie ed io abbiamo visitato l'Osteria Al Squero durante un recente viaggio a Venezia. Questa osteria è specializzata nei Cicchetti, che sono essenzialmente tapas veneziani. Appena arrivati, abbiamo notato una fila fuori dalla porta ma si è spostata rapidamente. Ho ordinato una varietà di Cicchetti e un paio di Aperol Spritz. Abbiamo gustato il nostro pasto all'aperto accanto a un canale. Di fronte al canale c'era un laboratorio di gondole che offriva una bella vista mentre godavamo del cibo. Uno dei cicchetti includeva del baccalà cremoso, un altro aveva formaggio cremoso con pomodoro succulento, un altro aveva maiale grasso con rosmarino, un altro aveva cipolla saporita con pesce saporito, un altro aveva tonno cremoso con olive salate, e l'ultimo aveva olive saporite con acciughe saporite. Nel complesso, il cibo era delizioso e l'Osteria Al Squero è valsa la visita."

"Sono tornato dopo diversi anni a cena in questa vera locanda nel cuore del classico chianti. L'accoglienza impeccabile dei gestori: due famiglie davvero appassionate del loro lavoro. ambiente caldo, camere luminose, attrezzature manuali, tavoli distanziati e sensazione di ambienti puliti e freschi. luci a destra e buona acustica anche nella camera posteriore che sembra un giardino invernale. menù completo e variegato con piatti di terra e di mare, ma anche attento alle esigenze vegetariane. piatti della tradizione locale e rivisitare prelibatezze anche extra regionali. molto ben assortito la carta del vino con la prevalenza dei prodotti toscani ma con possibilità di spazio anche nel resto della nazione e non solo. servizio veloce e professionale. prezzi onesti e in linea con il tipo di locale. vale anche il trasferimento da florence. Ogni volta che vado, ho la conferma che la locanda in pietra è una sicurezza nel panorama enogastronomico toscano."

"Non sono sicuro da dove cominciare. La posizione è una delle più strane che abbia mai incontrato, non riesco a decidere se si tratta di una vecchia chiesa o di un centro comunitario con un'esterno molto sporco e trascurato in quello che sembra essere un quartiere residenziale casuale. Siamo entrati in una stanza quasi vuota con qualche tavolo in uso e un sacco di sedie impilate ai lati, insieme a un pianoforte casuale. Nessuno ci ha salutato per alcuni minuti, poi siamo stati portati fuori. L'apparecchiatura del tavolo era carina, ma vicino a un gruppo numeroso (che continuava a accendere sigarette - bello). Non avevano il vino pubblicizzato che volevamo, quindi hanno offerto un'alternativa (che era più costosa di quella che avevamo chiesto inizialmente). Il cibo era mediamente buono, temo, tartare di manzo pigro, quasi nessuna stagionatura con grossi pezzi di carne, piuttosto che tagli più raffinati con altri ingredienti, ovviamente carne di buona qualità, ma eseguita in modo scadente. Una bistecca T-bone da 120 euro che abbiamo cucinato noi stessi, aveva poco sapore e poiché la carne era fredda fin dall'inizio (ci si aspetterebbe a temperatura ambiente) è stata necessaria una cottura eccessiva per scaldarla (la carne rara fredda è sgradevole), cosa meno che ideale...il punto di avere una buona carne non è trasformarla in pelle da scarpa. I funghi che accompagnavano erano deliziosi però. Il cameriere era gentile e disponibile. E fastidiosamente non abbiamo ricevuto lo sconto Fork pubblicizzato, quindi è stato eccessivamente costoso oltre che deludente."

"The definition of a hidden gem! Happened upon this place on our last night in Rome and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Very romantic, cozy spot, with excellent service, and authentic, delicious food to match. It’s tucked away in a quiet side street: a calm and intimate oasis amidst all the activity in Trastevere. We shared the Zucchini Flowers (filled with ricotta and shrimp – what a combo! , the Cacio E Pepe (had me drooling , and the Saltimbocca (the best I had during my stay in Rome – all were cooked perfectly and just oozed with flavour. Capped the evening off with an Amaro. What a genuine joy this place was. We simply can’t wait to return and have another meal here the next time we're in Rome!"

"Raccomando vivamente l'antica osteria da divo. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e cordialità dai proprietari e dall'intero staff. i piatti serviti sono deliziosi, a partire dalla sepia in riduzione di patata viola accompagnata da squisite focacce e schiacciate della loro produzione. interessanti sono i primi, come i maiali con briciole di pane e le pappardelle con brasato capriccioso, il tutto accompagnato da un bicchiere di buon chianti classico! un ringraziamento speciale per la torta di compleanno: una sublime millefoglie ripiena di panna e bacche! esperienza da ripetere e forse negli spazi interni, che meritano davvero, quando sarà possibile di nuovo!"

"I stopped by on my way home from work on Corso Buenos Aires before catching the train from Central Station. It's about a 10 minute walk to the central station. Five men entered the restaurant without a reservation right after it opened. You can also order in English. We each ordered an appetizer, pasta, and dessert. I thought the price was high for the quantity. An Italian customer at a nearby table was ordering a Milanese-style cutlet and it looked delicious. I think interior design is well received by women. Immediately after I finished eating, I was asked to pay because they would clean up even though there were many other seats available. Dessert is quite sweet. Vegetarian options: Vegetable and seafood menu available Parking: You can park for free on Via Marcello at night, and there are quite a few empty parking spaces. Kid-friendliness: There were several tables of customers with children. When we ate, it was quiet, so it wasn't the kind of atmosphere where you can enjoy a lively meal with children. Wheelchair accessibility: It's close enough that you can easily enter the store even in a wheelchair."

Abbiamo ordinato: gnocchi di castagne, porri e guanciale (squisiti); ravioli di brasato d'oca (buoni); coscia d'oca confit (ben fatta); budino di zucca (ottimo) e budino di castagne e cioccolato (l'avrei preferito tiepido, non semifreddo). In sintesi, ristorante da consigliare!"

"My wife and I had a very poor meal at Fuoro tonight. My wife's chicken was not properly cooked and was still **** inside. She sent it back and, to be fair, they swiftly replaced it with a well cooked piece of beef. It wasn't really what she wanted, but she wasn't prepared to risk another portion of chicken. My sea bass was quite tasty, but small and lukewarm. I needed a microscope to see the helping of mashed potato it was supposedly served on. All the food was served very quickly after we ordered so quickly it must have been pre cooked and sitting waiting for an order. We paid up swiftly and left, and went elsewhere for a dessert because I was still hungry."

"A place with a reputation and an extremely touristy place. Very spicy chicory, a dish of PEPPER with pasta with cheese and a gricia with overcooked rigatoni (heresy in Italy) with soft and very poor quality bacon... all in a tasteless water (like broth) that doesn 't exist nothing comes in with the recipe. As for the staff: the annoyed, unclear boy who started arguing with his colleague in front of everyone about their organizational problems for the tables. Unfortunately it is one of those places that I will eliminate forever from my list of Roman trattorias. An indecency. Be wary of the queues in front of the restaurant (almost all foreigners) and the rating on Google. About pizza... I don 't know since I haven 't tried it, but the trattoria and the Roman cuisine are decidedly low quality. Too bad, years ago it wasn 't like this!!"
