Keep going! This place is empty and inviting for a reason, they are just after overcharging tourists. The food was OK, but not worth the price in a city with so many amazing options. They charged for bread, sides and service. All of which were assumed to be included, and not worth it.

Cosa buona!! Abbiamo pranzato qui e tutto era fantastico. I camerieri sono deliziosi, non devi mai aspettare per nulla. Abbiamo preso la Caprese e le fettuccine di pollo. Delizioso! Abbiamo anche assaggiato del vino rosso della casa e concluso con una crème brûlée. Non posso dire abbastanza cose positive!!

So happy our hotel concierge recommended this spot. The servings were generous and reasonably priced. We had the eggplant parm, risotto, spaghetti and meatballs and pasta cacia and pepe! We came here our last night in Italy. The Alfredo pasta was probably the best pasta we had on the entire trip!Definitely check this place out! The mozzarella sticks were pretty basic, but they hit the spot, nice outdoor space to sit without too much foot traffic to distract you. Good service, English menus available. Lots of options!

Posizione molto comoda per gli hotel nel centro città. Il cibo è autentico e non salato. Tutti i piatti che abbiamo provato, come l'ossobuco, le fettuccine con guanciale di maiale, la zuppa di verdure e il tiramisù, sono gustosi e preparati in modo tradizionale. Il cameriere del Bangladesh (ho dimenticato il suo nome) parla un buon inglese ed è molto professionale.

Our tour guide/driver Fabian recommend this spot! I'm so glad he did this was one of my favorite spots in Rome this far. I got the Cacio e Pepe and it wasn't overly salty (which seems to be very difficult to master). I also ordered white wine and the European soda. My family ordered some other pasta that was recommended to us. The food was very filling, they have outdoor and indoor seating, ambiance was beautiful outside. The staff were super kind. It was our first day in Rome and we were starving when we got off the train. We figured once we got to the hotel, we'd check in and then get something to eat. La Botte was right around the corner, so we figured we'd stop in. The staff was very warm and welcoming, and most of them spoke English, which was great for us as we don't speak Italian. Their menu even had English translations to make ordering easier. We ordered the Botte salad to share as an appetizer which was very refreshing and so colorful! I ordered the black truffle carbonara and my mom ordered a mushroom and cheese pizza both were delicious and fresh! It was the perfect start to our time in Rome, and a very delicious start, too...

Our hotel recommended this restaurant to us after a late check in. Everything we ate was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and welcoming to two Americans who can't speak Italian to save themselves. Not to mention the great jokes from our server who had us laughing through our entire meal. Gluten free pasta was an option that I was so happy about. My husband tried to eat his entire pizza, couldn't, and requested a take away box which is rare. To top it off my husband remembered to take his pizza but forgot his jacket, the server ran out with it and then apologized for not running all the way down the street with it bc they aren't supposed to leave the restaurant. Great find for authentic dining in Rome. The restaurant has very reasonable prices, an extensive menu of pastas, chicken, seafood, beef, and veal dishes in addition to soups, salads, and pizzas. I dined here with my sister on a Wednesday evening in November. We chose to eat inside because it was chilly; but they did have several heaters on the patio. We were seated in a cute room; partially closed off from several other small dining areas. I ordered the lasagna which was only 11 Euros, and my sister ordered the eggplant Parmesan for 14 Euros.
