We had a great time at the restaurant , the food was amazing and the stuff very welcoming. Bianca served us with a lot of kindness and George made a very professional wine tasting experience

Stopped here briefly for a overnight stay, Very basic menu but opted for a club sandwich.. What I received was a motorway sandwich with chips. For £7.95 it might be an acceptable bit of sandwich but at £12 a you would expect a club sandwich that not been procured from the motorway service. Wont stop here again.

I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and everything about the experience was outstanding. Susannah and her team made us feel incredibly special during our wedding anniversary celebration at this restaurant. The table was exquisitely decorated with petals and a heartfelt anniversary card, along with complimentary chocolates. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We will definitely be returning, thank you for a wonderful experience.

Lovely experience! Me and my husband had lunch in Beaconsfield. Lovely decor, food and service. Very reasonable prices! The staff is also very attentive, quick service. Our compliments to George, who has excellent skills and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. He made sure that our food was on point and that the service is excellent. Thank you! Highly recommend!

The breakfast team staff are brilliant and very attentive. They are always very welcoming and make your stay at the hotel enjoyable and feel like home. I have never had such a terrible experience at a restaurant before. I ordered the roast beef lunch for Mother's Day and was extremely disappointed. The beef was dry and curling on the plate, and the only vegetable served was three small pieces of carrot resembling sugar lumps. The Yorkshire puddings were completely burnt, almost black in color. When I called for the manager, it turned out that he was one of the waiters who had served us. I refused to pay for the meal, but he offered to cover the cost of our drinks instead. It was a truly awful dining experience.

Stayed here recently on business and had a wonderful evening meal in the 1269 Restaurant. Was warmly welcomed for dinner by the delightful Yana and charming Isabella and shown into the very comfortable restaurant. I ordered the Chicken tikka kebab and it was not only delicious lots of beautifully cooked, succulent chicken breast on skewers but outstanding value for money. Spoilt myself with the chocolate brownie for dessert which was everything you would hope it would be and beautifully presented. George and Bianca looked after me perfectly. During my recent stay at the Crowne Plaza, I had the chance to dine at their on-site restaurant, 1269, on three separate occasions. Regrettably, my overall experience left me feeling disappointed and unsatisfied, prompting me to give it a 2 out of 5-star rating. On the first night, we started with a pleasant bread selection that paired nicely with the rest of the meal. The lamb shank, which I enjoyed so much that I ordered it again on the third night, was tender and full of flavour. However, the club sandwich we tried was fairly unremarkable and didn't leave a lasting impression.
