The service is great and the fish is fresh and well cooked but in my opinion and for my palate the lack of seasoning is a let down. This does not mean it's bad, to the French palate this is perfectly seasoned and the quality is unmatched.

for a test at the min marine brewery (International Interest Mark at Rungis) it was a master stroke. the staff was as pleasant as competent. the menu based on extremely fresh fish. all 10 we were very satisfied with this gourmet choice from the Aperitif to dessert.
