"we were in Scotland for Christmas week as a little holiday and duisdale house was recommended for Christmas day lunch. the personal could not have been more beautiful than we arrived. eating was such a high standard and they met our nutritional requirements. we were a little concerned that it wasn't the kind of venue for our 2 year old son, but the staff was so friendly and interacting with him. the eating and the staff were excellent and we feel very happy to have spent the Christmas day there. even the mint cake and coffee through the open fire in the lounge that we all had while we played board games showed how well the personal treated us. the best we ever had. it would be highly recommended."

Fantastic hotel. Very welcoming and the staff are so attentive. Can't praise them all enough and with such attention to detail. Beautiful food too. We visited a while back with friends for dinner...we must return soon. X

duisdale is a really excellent country house hotel, the rooms are all great. good choice of sea view or garden view, some 4 posters as well. a garden separate holiday home. whirlpool available for residents! large small bar where they can eat informally or dine in restaurant 2aa rosette. wonderful eating when the 'cratb cheesecake' is, try it! the personal is really good, alistair, michael, jane and kasia are a few of the stars!

We just returned home from our lovely trip through Scotland and this hotel was by far heads and tails above the rest! We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary on September 15th and the staff couldn’t do more to make our stay exceptional! The room was delightful and full of charm. The dining is exquisite and couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend and will CERTAINLY be returning on our next trip to Skye.

we have booked this beautiful boutique hotel for a few days to get away from it all and it is not disappointed. the atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is attentive and friendly. when we visited a previous one, we tried to try the dinner menu at the time, as it was quite brilliant and we were not disappointed! the standard is of a very high quality and, although not cheap, it is worth every penny. we would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to be chilled and treated with great food, drinks and service.
