Questo è un posto eccellente per soggiornare a Imola, specialmente per il circuito, in quanto si può camminare da qui. Persone davvero disponibili e amichevoli e il ristorante è eccellente. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite. Altamente raccomandato.

Abbiamo preso i cappellacci di patate e la fonduta di formaggio di Fossa: la pasta era MOLTO al dente, la fonduta forse è rimasta in cucina, dopo 45 minuti è arrivata la carne grigliata... nulla di eccezionale, il maiale aveva un sapore strano, forse per le spezie?.... Ho cenato con mia moglie nel ristorante la sera del 5 gennaio '24, non ci è mancato nulla, giusto per testare il posto. Siamo partiti con un ottimo tagliere ricco di salumi, piadina romagnola (in buona quantità), formaggi stagionati e freschi, e anche una salsa deliziosa, che ha iniziato tutto molto bene (mi sono detto). Poi abbiamo preso un primo piatto ciascuno (la lasagna è una favola), seguito dal secondo, uno stufato di agnello con patate, caldo e saporito, che mi ha incantato (questo tipo di preparazione è molto raro da trovare). I've been going to this farmhouse restaurant for years, but it's been a while since I've been away, I was pleasantly surprised by the nice renovation carried out. We went on Sunday. We had lunch on the external veranda which was well insulated with plexiglass, we were nice and warm, it also made the whole atmosphere very welcoming and the view of the hills was wonderful and bright. I was with friends and a 3 year old child, we ate divinely! We chose the menus so as to have more choice. The first riot of genuine flavors, the green tagliatelle with truffles, my absolute favorite!
