We chose the mushroom tasting menu with pairing and completed it with oysters (recomendable). eight different dishes before desserts that were another three. most of them each with their wine that in many cases was French, unknown but excellent wine and with different flavors. every detail or component of the dishes had a perfect kitchen, up to the weed brizna that included. the service well and the information of the maitre also excellent and complete. with the French cheeses we learned a lot still being amateurs. even the magnificent coffee.
