"Three of us had supper here. Starter, main course, couldn 't face the puddings. Service was fine, friendly, attentive. The live band was fun. The food was pretty poor. Starters: the 'contre filet ' was underwhelming, the beef was tasteless, the sauce was too sweet. The ceviche of tuna was OK but swamped in a cheesy cream mousse and the avocado fennel mixture underneath was too citrussy. Mains: the volaille came in a sauce that tasted of honey or jam — really not nice — and the prawn that came with it was mealy; the tuna steak was undercooked and tasted old; the beef fillet with marrowbone was nice. The chips had been under-fried — probably cooked once at 160 degrees — and were soft and limp. The salad side came dressed with something very sweet. The standard coffee was over-extracted, the decaff was under-extracted, and the bread was cheap. The meal cost us €150 (including 3 glasses of Gaillac red and two pressions) — we shan 't be going back any time soon (also the bathrooms could do with a clean)."

Great location in the heart of Albi !Professional and well trained staff. The restaurant rooms are elegant and modern. Lunch menu is fresh, refined and affordable. Diner is a bit more pricey.

Having been only at the restaurant, I like here to share this exquisite moment. Delicious dishes, refined menus and pro and very friendly staff. We enjoyed each other from the beginning to the end. We stopped by chance this Sunday noon and what a good address here. Restaurant with outstanding quality price, from service to meal it was excellent. We paid 45€ per person for a flat entry dessert wine and coffee. Refined cuisine. We'll be back, the servers are super kind. A good time of pleasure.

Wonderful hotel with very spacious rooms, very comfortable and perfectly clean bed! Full breakfast with pastries and fine quality bread! Closed parking a few meters away. The restaurant serves varied and good dishes at very reasonable prices. Finally, adorable staff and small care! Perfect location close to the Cathedral of Sainte Cécile and the Museum Lautrec! An excellent address!

"Our second night in Albi and two restaurants we wanted to visit in the evening were closed. We decided to venture to a small local Vietnamese restaurant that received only 11 reviews but all very good and from French visitors. We arrived early and we're the only customers but received a friendly greeting in French with little English but a willingness to work with our very limited language skill. We decided on the fixed price menu at 17Euros a person. My husband had the shrimp salad, the beef with onions and peppers with rice all very fresh tasting and the salad had wonderful and crunchy ingredients in a lightly creamed dressing. I chose the beef and nem...a lovely dish with ginger spiced noodle, small slices of perfectly tender beef and two small fried rolls stuffed with finely shredded veggies and meat. My main dish was the shrimp (crevettes) Thailandaise a most delicious combination of crisp onion, cabbage, and a fantastic spiced cream sauce. I was told it was spicy but without the final dash of hot sauce it had just the right amount of zip. Both of us had the banana flambé to finish. This was just the right amount of food...not so much food that it could be shared. The cost including a lovely bottle of Gaillac Rouge was about 47 Euros. We feel this was a wonderful and very pleasant dinner and well worth the price. Thanks again to Evean our waitress and her parents the chefs!"
