"I have to say the food delivered used to be quite good but sometimes hit and miss. My last order was a so called mixed kebab and I say so called as it was just diced chicken and tons of onion. Worst kebab ever!!! how...you can call that a mixed kebab is beyond me.... One thing I find very strange and let’s the service down Is the fact they have a delivery driver that doesn’t actually deliver and must be the worst delivery person I have ever come across. You receive a call from this particular delivery driver to say that he’s here, so you open the door and he’s not there. Bizarrely he’s sat in his van waiting for you to come out of your house walk down the garden and onto the road side to his van to get your takeaway. Does this every time and it’s not that he’s being over cautious about COVID or anything as previous occasions has been the same well before COVID even existed, so totally bizarre. I have now stopped ordering from Asian kitchen and won’t be using them again."

Ordered Biryanis , tasteless and tasted like a packet of veg rice would have been a lot cheaper) Bland sauce as those they had forgot to add any spices . Absolutely terrible

Do not order from here...i ordered chicken korma this evening and it was vile, in fact the full order has gone to waste. The korma did not taste of korma at all it was all so bland and unpalatable....very disappointed as i have ordered from...here before with no problems..£25 down the drain.

time after the time we asked for milder about the commentary section, in order to order a curry. I know that the chefs can accept this question, as I know they cook to order a customer, ask for less warm! sad, tonight will be the last time we order, because I can't rely on my request, if I pay for too hot food, I have to sit with a milk **** to calm my mouth!

I don't know why the people here knock the Asian kitchen, I've been there for about 20 years and I love her to eat. her vegetable basmati rice is the best I ever had, her kebabs are good (the mixed kebab is worth compared to most places) and her pizzas are great, especially as they do Indian style pizzas. late ordered and I could not collect as there was a problem with my phone, so I called the next day and asked how I had paid for eating but never received. the man on the phone was extremely rude and defensiw. I didn't instruct him to do anything I just asked about information about a refund etc., and he went on to be rude until I cut him off and also said they don't want to give back. If I had not received my refund, they would simply have kept the money and would not have been compensated by sending the food the next day. the customer service is disgusting and I have been spoken so terrible. I wouldn't go back here and I'll tell others not to order a place that has no manage.
