"We went there in August, in the evening, to 8 people without resa, in second service. We were lucky enough to be installed on the terrace (in 2 x 4 people because otherwise no room for the passage of the Malagasy server but next to it) despite the world. They served children quickly as a priority and we waited a bit but normal in the period. delicious pizza and dish as well. very generous desserts and ice cream for the two children still awake at the end of the meal while we had not taken the children's menus but 1 pizza for two children. Very commercial. the server was very nice despite the affluence and the bosses also."

a few times in the year on Annecy, we did not know this restaurant, it was recommended to us by a family member. absolutely not disappointed, we took gratins of pasta campagnard mushroom and chicken a feast!! even for my companion who does not like mushrooms usually it has appreciated.server nice and helpful.I highly recommend it! we will return it to it!

having spent the last two weeks eating at the restaurant every day, we can honestly say that the experience we had in this restaurant was by far the worst. food was correct, but the server that served us was the worst example we could meet. Nous nous sommes arrêtées pour diner avec une amie... Nous n'avons pas été déçues du voyage! Nous avons diner en terrasse au bord du Thiou c'était super simpa! Le plat du jour était parfait et les pizzas géantes! Le rapport qualité prix est plus que raisonnable pour un restaurant de la vieille ville d'Annecy. Nous y reviendrons ça c'est sur! De la cuisine au service tout était simplement PARFAIT. Merci à l'ensemble de l'équipe du Venezzia pour ce super moment!

we arrive on Saturday evening at 7 pm with family, (4 pers. including 1 chickens with our 8-month-old son. while the restaurant is almost empty, we ask for a table for 3 and 1 pousette. That's when a server opens the door and tells us, "no worries we have room for you." Then once inside a lady behind the bar, tells us "no it's not going to be possible, because no room for the POUSETTE!!!!!!"We decide to pass our way and go eat elsewhere. Just shameful for such an establishment!

"We had a weird feeling about this restaurant when we were given 2 menu books WITHOUT any price at first. Turned out that their gastronomic pricing didn't match their brasserie standard at all. My friend asked a couple of questions about some dishes, the waiter...was very puzzled and passive, said a couple of times that he didn't know. After that, we were served some kind of MUSHY OLD bread before the meal. If this was a sign of welcoming from the owner, then he failed right there. In our main courses, apart from the meat and fish ingredients, each of us got half of a small potato, 1 small stick of leek, 1 lonely cauliflower, some smashed petit pois with the size of a small coffee capsule, and 1 line of smashed carrot. Looks like the quantity one would place on a plate of a gastronomic restaurant with 8 courses, except that this is NOT a gastronomic restaurant, from the plastic menu, the furniture, the old bread, the cutleries, the different menu pricing and the service which failed to describe the dishes. The worst part, was when the waiter came and asked us if everything went well, I gave him the feedback that the food was good but the veggie was way too little. He first proposed us to eat more dessert, then when I said no, he got so upset and defensive that he even pointed at the kitchen telling me that I should go to see the chef and discuss with him myself. Why bother asking your client how their meal was if you can't receive a candid feedback? Being a frequent traveller, coming from the hospitality industry, I have to say this place is to AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Unless you have too much money and eating next to a canval is way more important than being treated in a disrespectful manner, and leaving the restaurant with a happy stomach."
