A great moment of pleasure and discovery orchestrated by a super nice waitress of Maria's little name... A very good Christmas meal... I strongly recommend and I will come back to you, for sure.

Pas top. Viande trop cuite. Frites molles. Carte réduite. La qualité de cette chaîne laisse à désirer. Très peu de choix. Je fréquentais cette chaîne mais j ai eu confirmation que ça soit a Brive Angoulême Périgueux ou ailleurs c est plus ça. La franchise doit revoir ces prestations.

Returned for the second year, but the atmosphere was not at the rdv... alas... Very nice place where we are well received. For a good meal with family or friends. When we arrive at the office, we are never disappointed. The welcome is pleasant, it is clean, it is good, the value ratio is there. It's a safe value. the only apartment is that we arrived soon, certainly, but the staff begins to clean the room (passing the broom) around us. It makes us realize we have to get out. the level of dust on the plates is not ideal. But next time, we'll arrive sooner.

That was our first visit to the office, my son wanted to eat somewhere else. We had reserved a table today for 13.00 hours, very pleased we had because the restaurant was quite full and busy. Nice surprise that this chain restaurant for the sex partner we are. The team is pleasant, with small care and the meal proved to the height. I was very surprised by the fries for example who were TRES TRES good I am chti). Certainly the atmosphere was quite noisy but our hostess told us that the weekends were crowded. That's a good sign for the establishment. The tip system via the bank card payment terminal is clever; I take this opportunity to pass the word to my fellow citizens to be a little less radine at this stage of their visit to a restaurant, otherwise they will soon find no more staff to exercise this very hard and sometimes ungrateful occupation!

I am quite surprised by my experience at Au Bureau Champniers. I have eaten there 5 times, including once in December 2024. The atmosphere of this restaurant is quite friendly, it feels a bit like the cheap version of an English pub, but it makes quite a good impression. You shouldn 't dwell too much on the details of the decor (for me I have the impression of being in Disneyland.. , but the acoustics are correct, good lighting, and the pub atmosphere is definitely there. As for the welcome and the staff, they have always been attentive, but unfortunately they are often blocked by absurd rules coming from the chain... Well, I had already ordered extra fries in addition to my salad which was forgotten the first time. I call them back, but still nothing.
