I recently discovered this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the setting and quality of the kitchen. The Rossini Tourdos was well prepared, with perfect cooking, and the dessert coconut marrow was delicious. The service was efficient and attentive staff. A satisfying culinary experience that I recommend closed eyes.

A very pleasant and attentive service, quality products, and dishes to recommend: the mussels of Mont-Saint-Michel, melting! the bomlo salmon way gravelax, tasteful! the asparagus of Trimbach, remarkable!
