"I've known this restaurant for several years. I have always been satisfied by the quality of the dishes, my only flat has always been the waiting times. (we can't always afford to spend so much time at the restaurant.)So I went back to the party as a couple because the memories of good food made me want to resound. We book by phone: very good reception. We dine on the terrace that is well-appointed with quality parasols. The tables are spaced enough: very pleasant! The welcome is smiling and dynamic. The terrace that can accommodate many people is well filled. Small bemol for the provision of a little long cards and the waiting period between the order of the aperos and their delivery. It's more nice to read the map by appreciating its aperitif:) -- why I didn't put the 5*, everything else is worth it - the quality of the meals is very good!On the menu:- hung to the queen: fine, sufficient quantity, good mix of flavors!No feeling of heaviness at the end of the dish! Torched pie goat/lards (requested without onion:) they are real pieces of smoked lards. I usually prefer matches but I was conquered by the flavour of this bacon. The goat is pretty discreet. The pie is eaten easily!No dessert because we were already well calibrated!!In the end we were on site about 1h15 for the aperitif and the dish, so it is reasonable. On the map you can enjoy both mussels/poisons/viandes/salades/tartes. I would have seen a good bibeleskaes on the map of the terroir :)we will return with pleasure.Prices are in agreement with the quality of the dishes and the level of service (professional)"

"We visited the Lamb again on the occasion of our wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. Combined with a discreet friendliness, we were totally spoiled. The entrances (carpaccio duck with truffle) are excellent as always, the main dishes (linen beef) are nicely presented and a gustative delight. Recommended wines are excellent and at an optimal temperature. The timing between individual courses was also very pleasant. We take this opportunity to thank you for this beautiful evening and hope to be able to enjoy your hospitality soon. Wir besuchten das Agneau zum wiederholten Male anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstages und wurden nicht entttäuscht. Verbunden mit einer unaufdringlichen Freundlichkeit wurden wir regelrecht verwöhnt. Die Vorspeisen (Entencarpaccio mit Trüffel) hervorragend wie immer, die Hauptgänge (Rinderfilet Kalbskotelett) sehr schön angerichtet und geschmacklich ein Genuss. Die empfohlen Weine hervorragend und optimal temperiert. Sehr angenehm war auch der zeitliche Ablauf zwischen den einzelnen Gängen. Wir bedanken uns auf diesem Wege für den sehr schönen Abend und freuen uns bald wieder Ihre Gastfreundschaft zu genießen."

"warm atmosphere in the beautiful town of lauterbourg. Today, we returned for lunch (we come 1 to 2 times a year after shopping at scheibenhard) and we were very satisfied, as usual. the owner is friendly and fast, the food is land-to-land and tasty. On noon there is one or two cheap and delicious menus with a small entrance and dessert. dessert was very good today (fruit chocolate mousse) the flambée pie was perfect, as always, crispy and tasty. The map certainly offers something for everyone. good value quality price. In the summer you can also eat in the beautiful sheltered courtyard."

"Nous y avons mangé en touristes Dieu merci, la dame qui nous a servi parlait allemand et était également très sympathique. Les pizzas et la salade étaient vraiment savoureuses et fraîchement préparées. Nous avons mangé sur place. Il n'y a que quelques tables là-bas. Là non plus, commander et livrer de la nourriture ne pose aucun problème."
