"L ensemble des différents plats étaient très bons comme à l'accoutumée Juste une petite remarque concernant le dessert avec la mangue qui était un peu gelée non comme une glace mais avec des paillettes de glaces ce qui altère un peu le goût Hormis cette parenthèse nous sommes satisfaits Le personnel toujours prévenant Nous reviendrons évidemment"

"When the wrong person in the wrong place can change everything ...We wanted to spend a nice moment ...dur right now!!!Disappointing this noon at Del Arte Claira ; beer pressure Morreti posted on the map , not available , no serious one takes the Heineken , once the pizza brought and because we see it we are told that mustard shoots are not available either.No serious one takes anyway .. when ordering dessert when I ask ice rum grapes vanilla the young waiter tells me that this is not badly available. Once in cash we make very positively share small bugs ...The blonde little lady who cashes does not take it too well and when we tell her that the coffees were offered by the server, she answers us angry that it is she who decides and not the server so she invoices the coffees!!! We pay and once the invoice in hand we see that the dessert I have cancelled has been charged!!!The Heineken has been billed at the price of the Moretti ... Thanks to the intervention of another person, we arrive to get us refunded under the reprobative look of the first cashier!!! What a pity for our moment that we wanted to be nice.I believe that there are trades or we have to know to listen to customers, all the more, when they are correct and positive ....For this there are trainings on the reception and relationship in the trade ...I say that I say nothing ...."
