Bebo - Menu

Very slow and very rude staff. Staff argued with me something l didn't order and she's refusing to take it back she's telling me lm vaisting to the food.

The food was OK when it arrived. The experience here was spoilt by smokers outside (possibly staff) with the door open wafting cigarette smoke into the restaurant.

Popped in after stated closing hours for a tea. The chap was more happy to serve me even though they were officially closed. Things like this are appreciated and stick in the memory for any future visits. Thanks.

The service at this restaurant is commendable, especially considering how busy it was. The staff works hard to ensure a smooth experience. They easily rectify any mistakes made when ordering quickly and without charging any extra costs. The breakfast here is also delicious.

I waited more than 10 minutes for a sandwich, so I inquired at the counter about the status of my order and where the food was being prepared. Instead of a helpful response, I was met with a very angry, rude, and arrogant employee who rudely told me to wait. After a brief discussion about my sandwich, the employee threw it in the trash. Your staff is overworked, poorly trained, and disrespectful.

I usually go to wgc bebos which I have never had an issue with.. This is my first visit to bebos in Hertford n they really need to sort it out. I ordered gourmet breakfasts... slices of toast. I took back both breakfasts...straight away as the beans where cold and the tomato rock solid cold... Toast is not toast its warm bread. The lady bought my food back n I took it back for a time as it was still cold as tho they never did anything. Bacon hard and over cooked Plz sort ur Hertford store out

Overall I was a bit disappointed with our visit to Bebos, the queue to order was long so it took a while to order and the staff looked busy and overworked. The staff were friendly enough but busy. I opted for a chicken Caesar salad...and was very disappointed, it was just very basic and not good quality. Ice berg lettuce, chicken slices which looked and tasted like they were out of a packet, a dollop of Caesar dressing and grated cheese which was not Parmesan. My partner was very happy with his vegetarian breakfast though and the eggs were nice and runny.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times with my daughter and her one-year-old son. Today, we went for lunch and ordered my grandson a children's cheese sandwich. It arrived as half a sandwich with a few crisps. We were surprised as we remembered receiving a whole sandwich with cucumber in the past. We also did not receive any napkins. The waitress brought back a few pieces of cucumber on the plate but insisted that this was the correct portion. One slice of bread with a thin piece of cheese seemed like a rip-off to me. Sadly, we used to enjoy our visits to Bebo but will be dining elsewhere in the future.

I don’t understand this place. It has prime location and could do so much better. Walking in, there are people stood everywhere waiting to be served but a definite queue or sense that “they’re getting to us soon” just doesn’t prevail. The menus look daunting...and over priced. A grimy fridge doused in finger prints offers ice cream whilst another equally sticky one displays over priced, corner shop quality soft drinks. Served eventually but feel like I’m in a college canteen being served by slightly harassed, spotty teenagers agitated as I am keeping them from their mobile phones under the counter. I order a hot drink and panini yet make my way to a scattering of smeared tables over the grot...
