The staff at Helmut Newcake recommended this restaurant nearby because they are able to accommodate a gluten free diet. We all enjoyed our delicious food! The atmosphere was relaxed but classy, and there's a metro stop very close at hand.

We were in the area looking for lunch and happened to walk by this place - liked the look of the menu and the interior. Service was super friendly, food excellent - I had swordfish carpaccio to start and duo de dorade and thon for mains. Quite substantial portions and flavours just wholesome and simple which is what italian good should be. Great white wine recommendation too.We will return!

A real find in Paris. This small Italian specialises in amazingly high quality food and as our waiter told us "We know people think the French are rude and we really want to change this". They succeeded on all counts. Excellent ambience, first class service that was friendly and genuinely interested to hear about us and not to be forgotten three courses of first class and memorable food.Definitely worth a return visit. We happened to find this restaurant by chance and were instantly persuaded by the big menu choice. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was warm and welcoming, however the service was quite slow. As for the food, both my friend and i ordered meat dishes and were astounded at how large the cut of meat was, so you definitely get your money's worth, and the meat was evidently of good quality. The only downfall of the the food was that we both would've preferred a bit more flavour in our sauces.

If you are fed up with all the usual Italian restaurant menus, then this is the place for you. The food is distinctly authentic italian cooking, offering a range of interesting and unusual entrees, pastas and main courses. We came across this restaurant completely by accident as it has only recently opened. We were not disappointed. We shared a delicious and unusual antipasti starter, then each of us chose a wonderful main - by chance we all happened to select a vegetarian option from the menu. There are also some seafood and meat options. The ingredients were fresh, of a high quality and cooked to perfection. The bill was very reasonable too. All in all a great evening.

I had the pleasure of dining at Carabinieri tonight and it was one of the best decisions I made on my whirlwind trip to Paris! Thomas looked after me and gave inspiring service. His genuine approach to to ensuring I had a fantastic experience was a breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond even verbally translating the whole menu in English for me. After deciding on food and wine my dish came quickly and was the perfect follow up the welcoming introducing that Thomas providing for the restaurant.
