Great Sunday meal today and excellent service by Cara . Good banter and service

Gone a little downhill. Needs a good clean especially the ceiling. So much cobwebs with dirt in hanging over tables. Service could be better except the odd person.

We were there for my birthday yesterday, jen was our waitress, she was welcoming, attentive and really helpful. She knew all our meals, remembered so much, as well as looking after other tables too. Jens, a great waitress. Definitely go back again.

My first visit to the Beefeater in Redditch. We were prompted by an excellent offer from the marketing department (Dads eat free on Father's Day). Service from Maria was friendly, warm and professional. The food was excellent. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Great selection of various breakfast foods. Cereals, fresh fruit salad, fruit, toast, pastries and of course a good selection of sausages, beans, mushrooms, bacon, eggs, black pudding, tomatoes to choose from. The food and atmosphere was very good. However, what really made the difference was the service that we received from our waiter, Charlie. She was brilliant with our grandchildren and extremely professional and polite. Our grandchildren gave her a hug at the end of our meal and thought that Charlie was brilliant with them. She is a credit and a great asset to your restaurant.

went here today for a meal for my husband's birthday, was looking forward to it ,BUT unfortunately it was not a very good experience ,we had the roast chicken we had to leave half as the brocil spears were inedible solid unable t3o get our knives through to cut them,the toast potatoes were hard and powdery &dry it really spoilt our lunch ,I did complain the waitress said she would inform the chef . but that was the it ,there was not come back . Because it was his birthday we thought we'd go for desert which came and that was okay . Myself and my family booked in and was looking forward to a nice family meal, arrived 10 minutes early and was promptly shown to table and offered drinks Kids starters came and was ok, however main course meals arrived, all good except mine, king prawns in garlic I had to cut/ jack through them with a steak knife Then my ribeye steak and mushroom was to say the least cold, my partner had ordered medium well so can only presume mine had been sat on the pass for a while) The lady serving us was quick to offer to replace the prawns, however the steak was only mentioned when the plates were being taken away Most disappointing was the lady was left to deal with everything and the management didn'...
