Just had a really lovely meal. Prompt services, excellent steaks and yummy puddings. Jessie our waitress was a star!

only back from a weekend in evesham after staying in the local premier inn and wow what a place. the staff was friendly and very attentive and eating was tasty. I would definitely recommend both rindsater and the premier gasthof.

Lovely meal, great staff. Spoiled by someone taking a xmas card for a child that was accidentally left on table and spending the amazon voucher inside. Whoever you are Amazon have your address and are investigating. Stealing a childs Christmas pressie! Despicable. :

I really can't blame this place. the personal goes beyond and beyond for the customers of the manager shaun is a beautiful chap. and eating is really nice. every time I go, I will always be greeted with a smile and excellent customer service. would have gone back to deffo.

Tucked away in the evening, at a tiny round table. Food was fine, as was the service. Breakfast, they found us a table midway between the cold and hot buffet, as I have trouble walking. An excellent buffet, with lots of breakfast choices. Sausages were beautiful and meaty.

Had a table booking with multiple confirmation emails, then when we arrived we were told that they didn’t have this booking on their system. Showed the confirmation emails to the host, but were unapologetically sat in the bar area without an explanation or any atonements. Unfortunately ruined the evening meal Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As I'm a regular visitor to Premier Inn I do prefer to stay at ones with Beefeaters, the breakfast service at this Beefeater was first class with friendly staff and a welcome return of the help yourself continental breakfast, the cooked breakfast was the best I've ever had at a Premier Inn with bacon cooked perfectly and not overcooked like many other places. I would stay/eat here again.

I don't think the manager/staff have any pride in this pub. Toilets smell and disabled was blocked (this was when it opened). Floors were filthy, saw a guy hoovering before it was open but he missed most of the carpet. The manager didn't smile once and was quite miserable and when we hadn't booked and asked for a table she made us feel like we were an inconvenience and like she was doing us a favour, even though the pub was half empty when we left. Food was warm and not hot. One of the children's meals was overcooked but we didn't say anything (although it's our fault we didn't). Server didn't really seem like she wanted to be there. Whole place needs a repaint and a good clean. I never leav...
