"Birthday Treat On 14/08/24 I family and a friend attended here. I gave my name to Daniella and she said our friend was waiting downstairs. I was wearing on my head a happy birthday head band. My name saying happy birthday was not put up on the screen. Later Daniella approached me and asked if I gave my name and I said yes I asked why my name and happy birthday was not on the screen. She said she will put it up after several hours it was not up and I told the lady manager that I was disappointed with the appalling customer service and will not pay service charge. She said ok. I asked if there were any complementary dessert for the birthday person and I was told I have to buy my own dessert. My family member bought the dessert and I told the restaurant that I cannot have milk however, when the dessert came it contained milk. The lady manager came and said oh you dessert with a candle contains milk and it was taken away and gave me another without milk. When the final bill was presented service charge was still added. The chef Edele was excellent and very respectful. My happy birthday greeting with my name was on the screen when we were ready to go home. I would not return to this restaurant again because of bad customer service,disrespectful to me and ruin my birthday."

The front of house staff here are very welcoming, from the moment we walked in we were part of this amazing traditional family. Baska and Kish are stalwarts of this institution and are unfailing in their hospitality with a warm smile and a cheery hello. They totally set the tone for the events to come and you know it’s going to be great because of them. Our host today was Lewis and he was attentive and responsive to our every need, always delivering with a smile. RC cooked for us and introduced a few things that made us laugh out loud, his sense of humour was a welcome respite from the dreary day outside. The 2-4-1 deal they are running for lunch and dinner before 5:30pm is exceptional value...
