Welcoming and warm staff, excellent burger, I highly recommend if you are a lover of good food

The food is very good but unfortunately the waiting time is quite long. Don't be in a hurry. Home OK but nothing more. I would go back for the food but not for the customer management.

Fries burnt, burger bun burnt, foie gras quantity very little. Called the restaurant and the staff tried to convince me that I was lying. Sent them message on messenger, they blocked me. NEVER AGAIN

Very good burger (homemade) served quickly. It's been a long time since I've had something this good since I went to the United States (experiences in the best hamburger restaurants). I recommend this fast food.

I ordered three burgers at 6 p.m. two hours later they are still not there. I call and they tell me it will arrive in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later still nothing. I cracked two eggs into a frying pan and made myself an omelette.

We decided to go with burger and fries and foudn to our surprise that the bap was made of fresh nicely toasted bread, the meat itself was well cooked with good accompaniments and the fries were crisp not oily with skins-on .Compared to other restaurants prices were very reasonable

(Aigle location) Review by Lois, age 6: I had been craving chicken nuggets. My mouth was watering when I saw it. Very, very VERY good chicken nuggets and fries with dip! Service was fast and the restaurant owner was very nice. He gave me a doughnut and when I gave him an origami crane he gave me an origami dragon. Review by Lois’ family: The kids were doing SO well with new foods all day everyday, ALL the cheeses and nonstop traveling. We decided to push the easy button for the night and it was such a good choice. Delicious burgers and fries (including vegan), the nicest owner, mellow atmosphere and a great location… highly recommend!!!

The sketch! We order 3 burgers at 6 p.m., waiting time 70 minutes. Okay, we're in no hurry... at 7:30 p.m., on the phone we're told that the delivery guy is leaving in 10 minutes. Okay... 8 p.m., after 2 hours of waiting for 3 burgers, we call to cancel our order and are very poorly received on the phone, we are told that the delivery man will be there in 5 minutes.... 25 minutes later, 2h30 later having placed an order, the poor delivery man who was not even informed of the cancellation by his colleague ! shows up at our door. Thanks to him for his business sense and his apologies, but we had already started preparing another supper. We will never recommend them again!

This small restaurant offers a range of burgers and bagels. The burgers were presented on a trendy slate plate with skin-on fries and miniature dishes of tortilla chips, salsa and olives. The burgers tasted good as well as being fashionably presented. Soft drinks and coffee are available. You can watch the food preparation as it is in an open area; generally a sign of confidence in the hygiene standards. The restaurant was busy, with people eating in and frequent callers to collect takeaways. The prices were very reasonable for Switzerland, only slightly more expensive than the well-known burger chains but much nicer.
