"We arrived at the opening today for four. Had to the appetizer : snails, pastrami, anchovis in vinegar, rillette with nem tasty dark bread and ceviche from the mackerel with yellow and red beds. So far, the Big Bang. To the main course there was: tasty oxenbacke the piece was super translucent mega tender with a very delicious sauce. Then there was pot au feu from the market fish also very tasty. And last but not least a fantastic Moussaka with fennel and capers. An excellent cremant accompanied us to the corridors, which was so good that we stayed all night. And we've been ruined for four hours. That's it. The food is first-class, good quality, freshness and a tasty seasoning and tasting. The dishes are own small works of art and tastefully truly unique.
