We visited a pub in the town center with a fairly large group, and I must say the service was excellent and very well organized. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were generous. Price per person: £10-20 Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 I highly recommend trying the Scampi with Chips and Mushy Peas, as well as the Fish and Chips with Mushy Peas.

During my first visit here, I found myself in the unfortunate situation of attending a wake. Despite the somber circumstances, we were treated with kindness and respect by all the staff. We had the privilege of sitting in a secluded outdoor area, which offered a sense of privacy. The buffet was outstanding, featuring a wide array of both hot and cold dishes that were made with care. I would certainly like to return, especially since the food enjoyed by other customers looked absolutely delicious.

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time in about a year, along with some friends, and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with friendly staff and a landlord who genuinely cares about his customers. The food was delightful, featuring a diverse menu with generous portions that offer great value for money. I didn't have enough room to sample the desserts this time, so I think I’ll plan to come back just for those! The bar is well stocked, making it a great spot for catching a game, and they also support local sports leagues for their patrons.
