"We recently had a wonderful dinner on a Thursday evening at this restaurant during their banquet night. We are staying at Centerparcs for a holiday and after having a bad experience at the on-site Indian restaurant in previous years, we decided to venture off-site to find a nice local restaurant. When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly full at 6:10pm, but we were warmly welcomed and seated promptly. The service was exceptional throughout the evening, and we quickly ordered drinks and poppadoms. We opted for the banquet menu, priced at £13.95 per person, which included a starter, main course, choice of rice or naan, and a side dish. Despite the offer, the portions were generous and the food was incredibly flavorful. Our starters included onion bhaji, mixed kebabs, tandoori lamb, and fried spiced chicken pieces. For the main course, my partner and I each had a Balti and madras, which were both delicious. Our children (aged 7 and 11) enjoyed the korma and pilau rice, which they dubbed "party rice." We also shared sides of naan, sag aloo, and tarka daal. My daughter mentioned that it was the best korma she had ever tasted. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout the evening. As a family who appreciates good, flavorful food, this restaurant exceeded our expectations. We definitely plan on returning the next time we are in the area."

"We visited Thetford for a few hours before arriving at nearby centre parcs, it was the first cafe we came across after parking up, what a lovely find, the staff were friendly and chatty, we had the scones which were huge, made by one of...the staff, how scones should look, also ordered lemon drizzle cake and my favourite coffee and walnut, which we couldnt manage so had them put in a takeaway bag for later lovely to be in a tea room/cafe which isnt one of the usual overpriced chains. Social distancing was spot on, and we had a nice table inside in the corner. I asked a about the Dads army museum, which we knew wasnt open but will be back, lovely little town, popped down to the river to see Captain Mainwarings statue, and saw the murals of the walls of the museum"

"I have eaten in this establishment many times in recent years. The quality of the food is some of these best that I have ever had in a Chinese restaurant. Unlike others, I have never had problems with service. It has been perfectly OK. Perhaps the waiters are not professionals in dinner suits they are young girls with limited experience but that is fine by me. The restaurant does not have an 'intimate ' atmosphere but is is very clean and functional. Furthermore it is exceptional value for money. I cannot recommend this restaurant too highly Parking: There is a large free car park only a few minutes walk from the restaurant Kid friendliness: My children are adults but I have seen complete families with young children dining in the restaurant without problems"

"I recently visited this restaurant for the first time in about a year, along with some friends, and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with friendly staff and a landlord who genuinely cares about his customers. The food was delightful, featuring a diverse menu with generous portions that offer great value for money. I didn't have enough room to sample the desserts this time, so I think I’ll plan to come back just for those! The bar is well stocked, making it a great spot for catching a game, and they also support local sports leagues for their patrons. The facilities are impressive, including a spacious outdoor area with heaters for dining, drinking, and socializing. I recommend making reservations, as they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays."

"This was hands down the best fish and chips I have had in a long time. I had the haddock twice and a pineapple fritter with chips - everything tasted fresh and had great flavor. The haddock was cooked perfectly, with crunchy batter that sealed in the fish beautifully. If I lived closer, I would definitely visit more often. But I will definitely be coming back. Absolutely fantastic!"
