Hi go to blends every time we go to Ipswich the vegetation omelette is the best with peppers courgettes and onions and a touch of garlic. This is better than any other I've had even on cruises Also the coffee is great .

Ordered sausage and egg sandwich, came with one sausage cut in to thin pieces, so thin u couldn’t taste the sausage, over priced. Disappointed this is my first visit after hearing good review but unfortunately will be my last visit

Only went in because the owner (i think) waved as we looked inside, very hospitable, friendly and welcoming. Server was very interactive, happy to chat. Great choice of Coffee and Teas. I ordered an English breakfast, served quickly, nicely presented, beautifully cooked and a large Cappucino, hot, foamy and very nice blend. Jools had a fruit tea and tea bun, toasted and fresh. We stumbled upon a delightful gem in the midst of a depressing and unkempt town center street. This cafe was a hidden oasis, offering two delicious and fresh salad lunches that were beautifully presented. The leaf tea we ordered was also top-notch. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing quick service. The interior of the cafe was impeccably clean and aesthetically pleasing. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience in a charming little cafe.

While in town to pick my new glasses I decided to search for ‘Best Breakfast in Ipswich’ and Blends was the 1st name that popped up Really lovely Breakfast with a excellent cup of coffee… good quality produce used rather than the cheap ‘cash and carry style’ sausages bacon that most seem to use these days My only tiny complaint would be I like my bacon abit more well done but that is a personal preference for myself A+ would definitely recommend to other people

We stumbled upon this fantastic hidden gem of a restaurant and we keep coming back for more. The omelettes are a standout on the menu, always cooked perfectly with generous portions of cheese and ham filling. The sausages are the best in Ipswich, and don't forget to try the exclusive posh bread they offer. The flat white coffees are top-notch, putting chain coffee shops to shame with their full and hot cups. The owners are friendly and welcoming to repeat customers, and the service is impeccable. Very poor food, undercooked and over priced. We wanted to support a small independent and so visited here for breakfast however, we were very disappointed.. there was no effort in the food, poor quality, very small portions it was a joke and food was not properly cooked. Clearly they are trying to cut costs and as a result they have lost our custom. I will not be going back based on this experience and came away feeling I had wasted my hard earned money.. need to up their game or I can’t see people returning.

We are regulars at Blends for breakfast and now also for brunch/lunch on Saturdays. We have been coming for breakfast at least once a week even before the COVID pandemic. We have never had a bad meal and are surprised by negative reviews on TripAdvisor. Our favorite dishes are the smoked salmon breakfast and omelettes, which are much better than our previous go-to spot. It's clear that the food is excellent because we often see other regulars when we visit. We want to congratulate the entire team for their constant support and for creating a peaceful haven for us.

As much as the coffee was absolutely delicious. The omelette I had was like a savoury sponge cake and not omelette like at all. I feel that perhaps this cafe should just do the basics of a coffee shop, cakes/scones such like. However I definitely would not advise on having an omelette. It was very dry, fluffy and not moist at all. This is the strangest omelette I’ve ever ate. My partner is a chef and also couldn’t quite understand what it was. Also food service was very slow. We waited a long time for our food. However clean, tidy and friendly staff with exceptional coffee. Visualizza piatti
