We arrived at 5 pm (1 hour before our reservation) and although some tables were occupied by guests in the restaurant, we said we had to wait until 6 pm. On my demand that this is really serious, the staff was patty and unfriendly. We immediately lifted our table and started our journey to Hamburg.
