No ask was too big and every time we troubled him he was always happy to oblige. He is a huge asset to Browns and I would absolutely return because of how wonderful the service was 5 star service!"

Dried out, cold Yorkshires with Roast lunch. Sticky toffee pudding that was hard as a brick and had to be sent back, served with an ice cream that was not the listed one. Server was excellent. Exceptional.

We recently celebrated a 90th birthday with afternoon tea for 8 at Browns in Bluewater. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating. We always have a great experience at Browns and find it to be good value for money.

Had dinner with a friend tonight! The food was delicious and well presented, the ambiance was perfect, and our waiter, Dominic, provided exceptional service with his attentiveness. Definitely a place worth recommending, and we're already planning our next visit!
