"we were eating with 11 people in the C-Five. the restaurant is in a very nicely renovated old carpenter's house in a park in the interior of mannheim. equipment, lighting, reception and service were so pleasant that we were looking forward to a beautiful evening. the menu that we had already looked online listed very few, but appealing dishes. most of us ordered for the appetizer the coquilles st. jaques and received a disappointing dish: quinoa was ice cold, the three tiny parts of the coquille tasted good, the 5 tup cream/quar with limone did not fit at all and improved the dry bröfried chalk in no way. two other appetizers, the pumpkinrisotto and the topinambursuppe were perfect. so it went on to the main court, sometimes bad, sometimes good. Some of us therefore dispensed with the dessert, but as I heard I tasted quite well. the service was very striving to balance the mängel. Nevertheless, it seemed to me that an outside person had written the quite appealing menu and the kitchen would not be right with the preparation. like a laienspieltruppe, which is to perform a shakespeare piece. to honor: this is still quite new and we hope that the kitchen will be as good as the ambiente. If we're back in Mannheim, we'll try it out."

first time: super friendly and competent service, rare so positiw experienced! unfortunately you visit a restaurant not only because of the service but also because of the food, which has been very neglected. we used to be more common since corona now again the first time. the card is very reduced, which in itself would not be disturbing if the quantity and qualitate of the feed would be correct! meat was too little, too fried (beides well done instead of medium,) everything very overwürzt.
