I would like to remember this restaurant visit: we were kindly welcomed and nicely accompanied. And it tasted wonderful. Prices are slightly higher but still reasonable.

Was for a short holiday in the Amselgrundschlösschen and here everything was really funny! Very nice staff, ingenious service, beautiful wellness area and very good food!

Absolutely recommended. A place where you can really recover. Great nature, on the Elbe, something for hikers, mountaineers and cyclists. Great accommodation in the area. We were in the Amselgrundschlößchen, which I can only recommend. All possibilities are open here. And if you want to go to the CZ, it's only 38 km from here. For us a super winter landscape was opened. Next year it will be summer.

Today we were with two adult and two children in the restaurant. for us unfortunately the value for money is not true. all have eaten and drank, for the children there was an egg afterwards. all for 110€. I think that's totally overpriced. directly on the hiking trail, the restaurant is always full and then for the dinner of a child 13,50€!? that means where it is enriching. it wasn't very bad, but lukewarm. I am no longer ready for this capitalism.

The hotel has booked mainly because of the sauna, but only experienced on site that it can only be used from 16 to 19 hours on request. This makes it completely unusable when you walk during the day and after that you have to eat, you have no chance to use it. Very bad. As such, however, the hotel was nice, the breakfast was top and the staff also good on it. However, the prices in the restaurant were fairly overpriced. the amselgrundschlößchen is located in the middle of the Rath and has a small free parking space for the guests who can be reached from east via a small road. the location is great with views of the valley guardian, of course many tourists come by during the day and evening. the hotel has a solid equipment. in the rooms I want more beautiful wall decorations, so far it is a little bald. the rooms are functional and partly have small balcony. the bathrooms are bright and well equipped. cleanliness cannot be dispensed with. ess in restaurant seems great to say it was a bit too hard to eat. the service could be a bit more attentive both in the hotel and in the restaurant. with a little more liv...

For years we have been thrilled by Sächsische Schweiz Wanderer. We stayed several times at the beautiful resort of Rathen. But after our hotel has become too expensive for changing operators, it has been said to look for an alternative. For the first time we were in the Amselgrundschlößchen. The greeting was warm and familiar, as if there were countless times. The rooms are simple and rustic, but very spacious and clean.
