Called in without booking for a late lunch and the Calzone was superb. Very busy and a short wait but well worth it. Very attentive service too.

The food was exquisite, and the young staff members were friendly and attentive. I definitely plan on returning soon and will happily recommend this restaurant to my family and friends. Thank you.

Just wasn’t the best experience for us unfortunately! We just felt that the food was quite average and didn’t think the staff were all that attentive to us that evening. There’s a lot of more positive reviews so we will likely try again to see if it was just a one off!

We visited the restaurant on Saturday evening (4 of us) we couldn’t fault the food or service but our visit was spoilt by the very very loud music which completely ruined the atmosphere. We couldn’t wait to finish our meal and leave, we have eaten several times here however, sadly won’t be returning anytime soon.

This restaurant was recommended to me and I made a special visit as a result. I was not disappointed! The service at lunchtime was swift, friendly, and clearly my meal had been freshly cooked. The bolognaise sauce was one of the best I have had in a long time. Elli served me throughout my visit, and was a pleasure to chat to and be looked after by her professional and friendly level of service. Next time it’s a pizza that I’ll try as they looked sensational.

My party and I visited the restaurant on a Saturday evening after making a reservation over the phone earlier in the week. Despite being fully booked, the noise level did not detract from our enjoyment. The service was quick and friendly, and we observed thorough cleaning of tables between guests, creating a pleasant atmosphere. We only ordered main courses, and we opted for the penne supremo which was served piping hot and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

So visiting an Italian you 'd expect nice simple stonebaked pizzas right? Nope. The pizza isn 't proper pizza, it 's very much like frozen pizza (if not actual reheated pizza). I wouldn 't expect this at an Italian. The 'folded pizza ' (not calzone) is just one of the pizzas ....folded a bit. It was tasteless and dry (although they do serve with tomato sauce) The pasta dish was, despite looking nice and with fresh ingredients, also tasteless, I had to stop my partner from sending it back.

Blown away by this fabulous find of a restaurant when I eat italian it has to be independent authentic restaurant for me, this is what we got! Welcomed in by Ellie we were early so took drinks Alfesco as the sun was in our favour. My granddaughter and her boyfriend visited the restaurant today, where they saw a sign advertising a student offer of pizza or pasta with a soft drink for £6.99. Without any terms and conditions listed, they decided to order a penne arrabiata and a soft drink. When they went to pay and showed their student cards, they were refused the discount because they had not mentioned they were students before ordering. Despite wearing their student cards around their necks, there was no indication that they needed to declare their student status before ordering.
