We chose the Mango cake and the walnut chocolate cake splitting between 3 people and it was the perfect amount. The cakes were fresh, fluffy&delicious. The service was painfully slow but I guess there should be no hurry for afternoon tea.

they have a pretty large selection of cakes. they have a place up to sit and enjoy the view together with the cake. we tried their cheesecakes that are excellent. the experience of friesen thee (tee with sugar crystals and cream) is interesting. hot. tee and cake on a winter day is great. only one card, no cards, they only accept cash. I had a very tasty homemade chicken soup that was worth the price well. theke was full of cake and baked, which looked delicious, and there was a steady flow of...obvily regular customers. there is an outside seat area on the front side, but there is also a small one on the back with a view of the current.

I know. the products are not only perfect, but excellent. the service is the most perfect part. the environment is beautiful and especially the green cauliflower splines are worth a trip (or an order) grandios! I shouldn't have read, maybe on the map show that the cream likör mix to the cappuccino, which is very tasty without asking, but some would not like to have that they stand beside its coffee cup. so: coffee pies is a must if they are looking for a very flowering coffee house atmosphere.
