A very good welcome! A small establishment that serves only the local: a sauté of veal with cannon olives, pork with cannon beer!! Really. A smiling service, quick, effective! I recommend!!!

Attracted, like all, by the numerous plates of the little futé, we were disappointed. The waitress couldn't smile. The dishes were correct but far from reflecting the multiple 'rewards' displayed in the front. Copious but not seasoned, with salad and tomatoes without any taste. Finally, a correct restaurant, but probably not the announced pepit.

Nice decor, great location, but food and service were bad. Ordered the plat during jour not to risk but it was very mediocre, especially given the price of 15.50 euros for one dish only at lunch time. Plain boiled fish and potatoes with runny tomato sauce. The staff was not friendly and made us wait forever before taking our order, making us few line they were doing us a favour. After that food came quickly but it was simply the worst we had in Corsica.

We were seduced by all the posters of the ridge stuck on the door but also by the typical and traditional original decoration that overflowed with history, The restaurant transpires authenticity, the real corsa that has seen it in all colors and times. On the kitchen the dishes are rich and tasteful, very local and interesting. The octopus salad bites me personally, I love the octopus even more since, cheese lasagna were so melting and delicious... If you pass that way, stop eating, and you'll see.

Not sure this place is deserving of all the negative reviews. We had a nice lunch, arriving in time to get a table before things got busy. The waiter was friendly and helpful and kind when we broke a glass accidentally. The food was fine, local dishes prepared freshly. I had a selection of locally cured meats and cheeses, a decent salad, and good bread along with nice wine, my children ate from the day's card ending up with a local pasta dish that they both enjoyed, and my husband had the fish of the day which he said was fine. You could get cheaper elsewhere if you had to I guess, but you have to remember everywhere here is catering to a mainly tourist audience.

Not really sure how this restaurant can make it to number 15 in Bonifacio to be honest. We had lunch here and it was honestly horrible. A slab of polenta, two slabs of fish that was definitely not caught that day, bland potatoes and a generic tomato sauce that tasted as if it had just come out of a large 5-liter tin of peeled tomatoes. You could switch out the fish for tripe or veal. But everything else was the same. And it was expensive. The service was not great in our area of the restaurant either.
