"This place truly surprised us. We went on a Sunday where we ordered a couple of dishes from their special Sunday menu. Both arrived very quickly and were simply amazing vegetarian as well as meaty dish. The portion size was huge, the quality and...look of the food was great. The prices are very good for what you get which makes up for the slightly pricey drinks. The restaurant itself is incredibly cosy the night we were there there was even someone playing the piano. We will be back. One of the best experiences for dining in Karlsruhe. They offer Southern German classics, some with a twist, but there's also some world foody stuff and good vegetarian options. The beer list is extensive and surprisingly varied."

crowded restaurant bar with lot's of beer and meat dishes. Convinient parking. The food is good but not chef quality basic meat potatoes beer.

A hip pub in Karlsruhe. Unlike most pubs I the city, they have relatively fresh greens in their salad. The other cooked food we tried were good, but not exceptional.

We went't here after a long business meeting so it was a nice cozy place for chill out. Probably it was a mistake to have a burrito here, but next time I will try a schnitzel.

first: the place looks cool inside with all the hipster deko and the lamps. they have a great choice of beer. the food was served and presented with little love and so was the taste. I would have expected more for the high price.

This trendy resto/beerbar is set in an old industrial slaughterhouse area. Interesting choice of beers both german as well as international. Food choice is limited to beef an pasta dishes at average prices. Nice atmosphere to come with friends but do not expect fine dining.

we visited this restaurant shortly before Christmas at a rainy evening. the personal is very friendly and tries to make good contacts to their guests. the menu is limited, but enough choice (meat and veggie.) the beer menu is good. we liked our visit and come back when we visit karlsruhe next time.

This is my second time here and does not disappoint. In April, I was with my family for appetizers and drinks. Today for lunch... staff so friendly, English speaking and very helpful in making our lunch choices. We opted for pasta and beef lunch ...delicious! Size portion hearty. What makes this special is the atmosphere, large outdoor seating, clean and industrial type interior with so many special touches comfy conversation sitting areas, lounge overlooking the restaurant offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere. Large bar with many beer choices . Highly recommend!
