Molto buona cucina locale. Il vero cibo pugliese di qualità. Antipasti molto gustosi e vari. ottima pasta e bella carne. è possibile degustare gli ingredienti locali, e non dimenticare gli ottimi vini locali. Ma la maggior parte di tutto si ottiene un caloroso benvenuto e un ottimo servizio. Siamo stati nell'adiacente B

Abbiamo avuto una cena fantastica, con cibo eccellente, un'atmosfera incantevole e un'attenzione gentile. Siamo arrivati tardi la sera e siamo stati sorpresi dal menu fisso, che includeva diversi piatti piccoli e un delizioso primo piatto di pasta. Il tiramisù alla fine è stato la conclusione perfetta. Altamente raccomandato!

We ate here both nights we stayed at the Cefalicchio Country House. We enjoyed the inventive and unusual menu, the terrific service and the pleasant outdoor ambience. Note the bad reviews on this page are mostly two or more years old. I suspect that there have been some very substantial changes to this restaurant since that time.

The Osteria Cefalicchio lies next to Cefalicchio B B but has not the same owner. This lovely little restaurant has a great selection of local wines, which can also be had per glass. The place has a four course menu du chef, which is a delight. The food is elegant very tasty. Highly recommended. PS Stay at the B B if you don’t want to drive after your meal wine.

Two weeks driving through France and Italy delivers some interesting dining experiences. However, without doubt this was a highlight. Being the only guests staying at the adjacent B&B we didn't expect the Osteria to open. I am pleased to report they did and we enjoyed a superb dinner built around local wines and excellent food. Our waiter was excellent attentive and knowledgable without being intrusive, he helped make it an excellent meal. We will happily repeat the experience!

It was a very elegant and delicious dinner accompanied with a wonderful wine. Everything so fresh and well matched. Unique and yet simple. We had long dinner and enjoyed every dish and waited for a new, unusual but divine tastes. Great interpretations of Puglian recipes in a healthier and simpler way. We were delighted and so happy to discover such a beautiful place with a very talented Chef Sabino. Restaurant surroundings are amazing gardens, vineyards and olive trees. And very romantic and elegant country house to stay for a longer time. It felt like in old italian movies. So subtile and stilish yet typical italian spirit.

Non riesco a migliorare la recensione di Matman8x8. Anche noi siamo stati al Cefalicchio B, di per sé molto più di un B. Quanti di noi vanno in Italia e pensano che devo davvero trovare il miglior cibo locale. Ma succede spesso? Probabilmente no. Questa volta l'abbiamo trovato davvero. Che piacere! Cibo eccellente. E ogni notte di quattro, siamo andati a cena in questo ristorante (che è un accordo alla B B, non parte di esso) con ansiosa anticipazione tutto completamente giustificato. Nessun menu; solo una parola o due da Francesco e qualche scelta. In evidenza; tagliatelle in salsa di tartufo era il paradiso. Anche il risotto ai funghi. Salsicche di cinghiale affumicate con salsa di zucca....

We had an outstanding dinner at this restaurant (which is attached to a vineyard, winery and guest house). We understand that this chef, Sambino, has only been at the restaurant for a few months and he is emphasizing local produce in his preparations. We started with a dish of tenderloin of pork, slow-cooked and thinly sliced, adorned with ribbons of celery and carrots, and radishes. Delicious! The pork, which in thicker slices might have been dry, was perfectly suited to be a cold starter. We then moved to a gazpacho/pesto/caprese combination which was extraordinary. The chef chose a Pugliese basil to make his pesto instead of a Genovese basil and pistachios instead of the more traditional...
