The restaurant exceeded my expectations. The meals were delicious, especially the ones served with large Yorkshire puddings. The gravy was abundant and the cheesy leek dish was a standout.

Have eaten here many times Food always of an excellent standard from a varied menu. Good value for money too, especially when they have special lunchtime menus out of season. A relaxing and enjoyable eating experience.

I was not impressed with my meal of leek and garlic mushroom pastries accompanied by a very small salad that was served with a spoon. The pastries were very creamy, more like a soup than a baked dish. The price was 13.50 Euros. Visualizza piatti

Went for a swim and 2 course lunch, pool was lovely and clean although changing facilities were a bit cramped. Food was excellent value for money and great tasting. Staff very helpful and friendly. The menu was quite extensive and all appeared home cooked. Would...definitely recommend

we visited and ordered salmon and garnel salad and the special Laek risotto. the salat, who was £14, was not a big freezer burned and the money was not worth. the lauch risotto had no risottorei! it was more of a suppe. sat back and a fish and chips with cold mudy heaps. I wouldn't recommend it!

I love coming here. The staff and management are very attentive. I highly recommend this place, even though there may be a slight wait since they cook everything to order. It's worth it though, as this is one of my favorite restaurants. The parking and reception area are not as well maintained as Charley's at Croft Park, but we are excited for our next meal there. Stayed on caravan park with family. Visited Charlie’s for Sunday lunch. Very busy so we kind of knew it would be good and weren’t disappointed. Very tasty food with plenty of veggies. Puddings were fabulous and all of our plates cleared!!! Price for family of...four very reasonable. Staff very friendly and worked hard! Would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting!! Stayed on the park this week, perfect place to stay Thought we would try the restaurant as not much in the area. The prices are not cheap so we were expecting good food. The curry was very simple nothing special. The linguine was overpowering with...sauce and couldn't eat the massive bowl of it. The fish n chips were good but the chips were very basic value ones. The pie was not a pie but a stew with some flaky pastry on top. Bit of a shame as spent a lot on it. The staff are all very friendly but just disappointed in the quality of food for the price we paid.

there was a 30-minute waiting served from the entrance to the restaurant at our meal. we were in order with this, as all meals are freshly cooked, so knew that we would have to be patient. if they are looking for final dishes, this is not the place for...you the environment is very comfortable and the dining room is very well equipped. the food was served hot. the fish and chips are very generous in the size of the portion, the bauch schwein was boiled to perfection, crown cracks and very delicate pig....like a very generous amount perfectly cooked, sweet honey dressing. it is served with maic and fresh veg. the next time I will ask if it can be served with chips, not that I have a complaint...
