my friend had read an article on his plane on his home, and we fortunately found it. That was great! We had a roasted duck in French and a fantastic ice cream the dolce vita. the owner, fred is a great guy, serving us as a supreme server!

We were close to home for family holidays. We asked the concierge to recommend a restaurant nearby for dinner. It was at the corner of the street, nestled - easy to miss if you don't look for it. but a wonderful surprise. frédéric, the owner and host, welcomed you. it made you discover the menu by explaining each item; and recommended wines. (and after spending time in angleterre, he speaks well English to help Americans). the food was delicious - the duck confit ( Duck Confit) was superb. all in all, what everyone is looking for to bet, a small local restaurant with excellent cuisine and a wonderful atmosphere. Actually, I went there twice during our stay.

the restaurant was close to our hotel and our first trip was made thanks to the comments on tripadvisor. our second and third visits were made because we loved the food, loved the host and the atmosphere. we felt welcome from the beginning and the host was friendly, helpful and extremely competent without being too attentive. it is difficult to choose a dish to recommend because we enjoyed everything we ate there and the only disappointment was that we had to go home at the end of the week and could not taste everything. food is well presented, has arrived in time and is of good value for money. the restaurant is not big, so it is best to book on Friday and Saturday. my son and I went to the paris home and we enjoyed it a lot. we found it on the internet looking for restaurants near our hotel. what we discovered is a nicely decorated little bistro in a quiet street with a creative and changing menu that reflects a traditional approach to French cuisine. the young owner was the host, the server and the advisor, circulating among his guests to answer questions and discuss the elements of the menu. After reading a lot of zealous reviews about this restaurant, we went there on Tuesday night with great expectations but in the end we were disappointed. the staff was fabulous, friendly and efficient, but the food was generally disappointing. the calf pot was the salvator grace and was a good dish with good flavors even if a part of the calf was quite mellow. The bar was however fade and served with nature rice and served with mixed vegetables that seemed to have been warmed. rice was not at all owned by this dish, the nature rice like this belongs to a dish and not to a grilled fish without any sauce.
