"Today, after watching a film at Ciné Pôle Sud with my son, our choice for lunch was made naturally on the Villa Luca restaurant. We are very satisfied with the food establishments in which we have lunches, but the unacceptable way in which "clients" are treated in your establishment deserves a critique on Google (because "the boss", did not want to hold us and manage the problem). At the beginning, despite the fact of queueing in the queue, each person is taken into account according to his arrival, then several people pass us in front of (via the staff) Then we are “supported after 5/10 minutes” by the manager/leader of service who shows us a blank table. Warm welcome, and without the masks, we can see the true face of people. Then after 15/20 minutes of waiting in the room, no waitress waitress has offered us a drink, nor even a professional attitude, a smile (especially that you are "unmasked" since March 14) does not cost anything. My son wanted to spend a pleasant time with his father, and had chosen your establishment thinking that the customer experience would be memorable, he was disappointed. I don't think I'm gonna put your feet back in your facility, be treated like that, wanting to support the restaurateurs who have suffered containments, and sanitary restrictions. We can advise, and thank the warm team of "La Boucherie" which is a few meters from your hotel, for taking care of us quickly, in a benevolent and professional way. The meat was extra, and our money was invested with a manager who seems to have a true merchant spirit, and for whom the customer experience counts. My son was delighted to see that there are still people who do not treat customers according to their ethnicity. We have seen people coming after us, in your establishment and being served. I sincerely hope that it has only a misunderstanding, and that your way of managing your customers does not depend on their physical. Good to you."

"A great discovery!! Departure on Saturday noon, a restaurant with the atmosphere school kitchen without the drawbacks. We've had fun! "Few dishes, but it is the strength of this restaurant that focuses on what it can do, on affordable prices and quality products. Advertising doesn't lie, keep on, it's a good release for all! Note d'avril 2023 : Farewell the dish at 12,90€, it is at 15,90€ per person. It starts to do a lot, and the prices of desserts are unfortunately exhorbitant (but it is the same for all other restaurants of this type). So for a not too salty note, avoid desserts and drinks... which is a pity because it participates in the meal."
