"Be careful when paying, the lady that works here covers the card machine and over charges when challenged she says it was a mistake but it happened twice so seems like a coincidence , she is also very rude. "A fantastic little find. Unassuming (and even a little tacky-looking) from the outside, it takes only a few minutes from stepping through the door to feel as if one is in France. Polite, friendly French staff, excellent and interesting food (I had bonito tartare with a mango, cucumber and avocado salad as a starter, for example, although they also do a number of French classics). The wine list is also rather impressive. It's a shame for them that it's a little off the main drag, but it's only a short walk and only serves to make it feel more snug and special. Highly recommended."

"We had this for a takeaway and I will honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I have had.I had the Green Curry, which supposedly should be spicy and full of garlics and various others, however it came cold and barely mixed together properly. Flavours were overpowered and honestly, it tasted rubbish. There was nowhere that it said rice might be required, but we anticipated that and had some made for ourselves. 100% include on your menu that rice is needed and/or not provided!!! The chicken was dry and there was hardly any of it.My partner had the Paneer, which was literally a few chunks of cheese with no flavour. I’ve never seen that be done so lazily in my life.Friend had bog standard noodles which were large in portion size but pretty much just slapped together and boxed up.The whole thing was just rubbish, especially as we paid about 36£!"

"the restaurant was not used as a private function took place. a makeshift in a very empty and boring space was built with 4 tables. the chairs were uncomfortable and the basic equipment of the tables uninviting. the window and side door to the garden were left open and a children's type party with bouncy closed was right outside so that the noise level was intensive. there was no ambiente with strong lighting and no flower plants or effort made to make it similar to a restaurant. eating was ok, but no presentation and no sauce was served with a very dry salmon fillet. at a price of almost £100 with wine it was an expensive dinner. we had no appetizers and only one dessert. total a very unromantic and disappointing evening at what was the beginning of our holiday"
