"Pizzeria is located directly at the sports park in Friedrichsdorf with a lot of parking. Very friendly staff with fun at work. But now the essentials, the pizzas and appetizers are really delicious. We sat comfortably on the terrace and the atmosphere is good. Come back, as the menu offers a lot of tasty."

"Dieser Besuch wurde über ein Groupon- Gutschein umgesetzt.Wir sind ohne weitere Vorstellungen an das 5- Gang Degustationsmenü herangetreten und wurden positiv überrascht. Das von außen unauffällige Restaurant liegt im Altstadtkern und weist leider keine eigenen Parkplätze auf. Ein paar Meter weiter sind ein paar öffentlichen Stellplätze vorhanden. Zuerst begrüßte uns der Chef gleich an der Tür und wies uns einen Tisch zu. Das Restaurant selbst weist nur wenig Tische auf. Das Ambiente eher kahl, es wird aber durch die Tisch- Dekoration etwas romantischer gestaltet. Da der Chef zugleich Koch und Servicekraft und irgendwie auch ein Lebenskünstler, ist ihm anscheinend die Zufriedenheit des Gaumens wichtiger, als das Drumherum. Die ausgewählten, saisonale Speisen stammen aus der Region und werden nach den eingehenden Reservierungen frisch zuvor eingekauft und zubereitet. Das Niveau der Gerichte ist überdurchschnittlich. Sie sind mit Liebe zur Individualität und Kreativität gestaltet. Was uns positiv aufgefallen ist, das jedes einzelne Lebensmittel eigenständig, ohne weitere massive Gewürzzugabe, gewirkt hat. Die 5 Gänge wurden in einem angemessenen Zeitraum serviert. Die einzelnen Gänge waren größentechnisch bestens berechnet, sodass man am Ende der Menüfolge ein "gutes" Sättigungsgefühl aufwies.**Es war ein Genuss für den Gaumen.**Der Chef selbst hat dazu eine ansehnliche Weinauslese, die auch als "Weinreise" zum Menü eingenommen werden kann- auch werden Empfehlungen durch den Chef ausgesprochen.Man muss aber auch darauf hinweisen, das diese nicht gerade günstig sind und meist auch nur in 0,1 l angeboten werden- siehe Foto.Darüber hinaus, bietet der Chef auch Kochkurse an. Da wir so zufrieden waren, haben wir nun eine 2. Reservierung, diesmal für ein 6- Gang Degustationsmenü über Groupon, für das kommende Wochenende vorgenommen. Diesmal werden auch wieder Bilder gemacht und genossen."

"Those who like to eat Schnitzel should go to the Schnitzelhaus Rosbach once. I haven't seen so many variations yet. We've been there a few times and we've tried another scavenger every time and never been disappointed. Even Rumpsteak with roast potatoes and leaf spinach must not only be eaten in the steakhouse. This is also great in the Schnitzelhaus in Rosbach. The portions are quite large. We didn't make a starter or dessert anymore. Thanks we always like to come to the Schnitzelhaus Rosbach."
