"the copper pan used to be our home. fish, wild but also a swabish swirl roast - always pointed. we are very demanding about eating, but here we were always satisfied. "Was there for lunch today. I first asked myself about the prices that were very favorable. For 8 Euro main dish plus salad! Then followed the food of enlightenment. The salad dressed totally sweet, 2EL leaves salad and 2EL white herbs, tastefully not much too sour and also not professionally processed. The main dish has the hat on the whole, that was half a child part of the crowd! The Pommes were inviolable. The staff was very friendly."

"It didn't strike me as a popular place in the beginning. I only realized how packed it's once entered. Food is tasty typical German style, but it's really really slow in peak hours, other service is impressive as everyone can speak good English (maybe I should not be surprised as this is not France after all). Plus there is a farm animal park for kids."

"After a longer hike, we returned to the Weiherstube in Hechingen with a healthy hunger and really enjoyed the delicious food. Day before we even reserved a table)...But it was the total waste.The operation is a pure catastrophe, I had not experienced anything yet in any other restaurant.Invisible unfriendly and persistently stressed lady, who always serves everything alone and prepares drinks! It was screamed all the time through the restaurant. So cheeky and quite undamaged ....So a behavior is not part of the gastronomy life.We were kicked out in front of all other people, because the lady did not want to get the current Corona regulations that currently exist! Very pity.Have test and everything that belongs to current rules! Bzw, which belongs to 2G rules, corresponds to completely vaccinated persons or genesis with a subsequent vaccination last successful single vaccination is min. 14 days and max. 3 months back). What I experienced late, even in my social environment say that all, the hospitality in Weiherstube Hechingen is written very small.Leider, I looked at the reviews at Google only late, I was not the only one that was not satisfied with the service.We were unfortunately absolutely disappointed by the entire visit and can unfortunately so not recommend the Weiherstube in Hechingen. "We arrived in town around 20:00 and did not have a dinner reservation. We called about 5 different restaurants and they were fully booked. We saw Pitta Pan and thought “why not?“ We were surprised how big the restaurant is once you enter. From the street, it looked quite small. We ordered the typical gyros and they were tasty and did the job. The restaurant is very casual but if you are looking for quicky, tasty food without all the bells and whistle, then this is a good choice."
