Fantastic food, fantastic hotel! We are staying here for a few nights and we love it! Beautifully balanced menu, exquisite tastes, and really friendly service!

We enjoyed the setting in the garden by the pool and the friendly service. The food is not very adventurous and most of it is quite simply served. Decent steak, fish and pasta. Nothing special.

The restaurant changes its night menu weekly and we were lucky enough to try two different menus. Both were superbly executed and the dishes were creatively put together from very simple and fresh ingredients. Kudos as well to the service team, namely Rafa and Hanna for the attentive service and spontaneous entertainment.

¡El restaurante Collins es realmente excepcional! El personal es amable y atento, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos desde el momento en que llegamos. La comida era deliciosa y muy bien presentada. Nos gustaría recalcar nuevamente que pocas veces hemos experimentado un personal tan atento, amable y profesional. El bienestar del huésped es muy importante aquí. Recomendaremos este restaurante de todo corazón en cualquier momento y ya estamos deseando volver a visitarlo.

My wife and I had a lovely experience at Collins restaurant, Portals Hills Hotel, Mallorca. We went for lunch on a Monday and ate in the la cabana lounge bar. My rib eye steak was absolutely delicious, accompanied by my choice of 2 sides and a sauce I opted for grilled asparagus, french fries and the chimichanga sauce, very happy with my choice! My wife really enjoyed her slow cooked lamb shoulder with sweet potato mash and chargrilled leeks. Everything from the ambience, stunning views, friendly staff, wine and coffee was absolutely perfect, we can't wait to go bak.

We initially thought what a lovely experience although not many eating there. Kieron the waiter or pool servant (whatever they called them) was great. The starter was nice and then they said they had made a mistake and my husbands meal needed another 10 mins which was fine as we didn't mind waiting. Anyway they then brought mine without my husbands, Kieron apologised but I had to eat mine and I had finished about 5 minutes before my husbands arrived. That spoilt the whole lunch. When the bill came I was surprised they hadn't knocked anything off. I questioned it and suggested as it was their error that I would expect them to knock my husband's main meal off and after Kieron disappeared for q...

We are lucky enough to be staying in the hotel itself The restaurant is part of Portals Hills Boutique Hotel which you should also check out! , and I tend to avoid hotel food. However, at the time of writing, we have had 1 lunch and 1 evening meal, so my opinions are based on 2 meals. For the lunch, I had a lovely pasta truffle and carbonara style sauce , my wife had a wrap that she loved, and my son had ribs. The size of the portion of the ribs drew a 'wow ' from a nearby German sun bather, but fortunately the quality matched the volume. My son could not complete it, and my wife and I had to help him out.
