"Because of the good recommendations that we had been given and that the times that we have gone to the novu we have always been very satisfied, we had a lot of desire to eat here, but on several occasions we tried it and it was possible for us because it was complete. Sin duda su fuerte es la selección de vinos, con precios que pueden disuadir la copa más barata 9€ pero exquisitamente elegidos. La comida para hacer honor a los caldos es realmente buena. Las mollejas con setas muy rica, el micuit con confitura de higo y nueces magnífico y la flor de alcachofa con parmesano y aceite de trufa muy lograda, aunque me sobró el parmesano. Buena atención y un emplazamiento excelente, en pleno centro.

Esta localizado en pleno corazón de Salamanca, su cocina es muy buena, cuenta con una completa lista de vinos y el servicio por parte de Miguel y Mario fue excelente. A friend recommended us this spot and we were able to get a table despite making a same day reservation. It’s very well located in the heart of Salamanca, its cuisine is very good, it has a complete wine list and the service from Miguel and Mario was great.
