Cyprium Grill - Piatti

Mussels smelt tainted and attitude was bad......that was just the starters. Not much hope for the main but fingers crossed.

Absolutely awful food. They should be embarrassed with what they are serving. We eat out 2/3 times a week and never leave reviews (good or bad) but feel compelled to write something here. Just terrible.

Firstly after our starters we waited over 45 minutes for our main course, and then when it did come out, it was all wrong, and they forgot to bring out one dish all together! Food not of the greatest quality, very disappointing Visualizza piatti

Lunch in the grill today was a pleasant surprise, as some other reviews have not been good. We only had the pie of the day chicken, pesto linguine which was cooked al dented and really tasty, could have been a bigger portion is my only negative. Lovely young lad serving us.

Had the BBQ spare ribs, yum yum. Cooked well, served with a snails and tasty as can be. Always good to come here for a light meal, have visited on numerous Occasions and shall continue to do so. With the race course in the background the ambiance is spot on too. Well done guys!

The food was not prepared well and did not match the description on the menu. It seemed like they had run out of ingredients and tried to pass off subpar dishes. Our conversation with the manager made it clear that the restaurant was not being run effectively, which was a shame because the servers were very friendly. Visualizza piatti

My friend and I enjoyed afternoon tea at this restaurant before a day at the spa. The scones were deliciously large and warm, which we appreciated. The cakes were also very tasty. Unfortunately, the sandwich options (cheese and pickle, salmon, cucumber, and ham) were not very exciting and the bread tasted slightly stale. The service was good, but there were only two other tables occupied during our visit.

This was a disappointing experience. My spaghetti with prawns and chili arrived in a soupy sauce, with the spaghetti cut into tiny pieces. The prawns were nowhere to be found, likely blended into the sauce. The dish looked more suitable for a child or from a can. I have never felt the need to send a dish back until now. The waitress seemed indifferent. My husband's Wagyu beef burger was overcooked, but he ate it anyway. I was so taken aback by my meal that I opted to skip dinner. The food was definitely a talking point, but not in a positive way.

Expensive for what it is had the burger cooked to death and very small for the price. £15 very expensive for what it was. Son had pie and mash was ok but again very expensive for what was served up. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Would have stayed for desert but they were expensive and probably of a similar standard. Always think you get what you pay for. On this case 2/5 for value and quality I am afraid there are far better places out there. Hever Hotel better burger better quality just excellent. Need to improve to even think about coming back.
