"Key fobs stopped working, twice. We were stranded at 11:30 pm with no access to our rooms. They had to reprogram the fobs to let us in. The cleaning staff trashed (probably an oversight) our meds. Under staffed , esp in the cafeteria and breakfast place. Frugal Breakfast spread. Overall, I won't recommend this hotel for it's low value for money. Beautiful, very clean rooms and excellent service. Always friendly and accommodating, no matter what time of day. The view over Lake Thun is breathtakingly beautiful. And you can relax wonderfully in the hotel's spa.

The food was creative and delicious. Presentation was beautiful. The goose liver pate was too strong for several at my table, but everything else was terrific. I ordered the vegetarian menu, and each dish was unique.

Mein einwöchiger Aufenthalt im Hotel Seepark war durchweg fantastisch, daher vergebe ich volle 5 Sterne. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und die Zimmer übertroffen an Komfort und Sauberkeit meine Erwartungen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das Engagement des Hotels, interessante Events zu organisieren, die meinen Aufenthalt bereichert haben. Kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen! Rooms: 5
