A table was pre-ordered for our lunch with colleagues. It should be the buffet. One had the choice between several salads, but nevertheless three dressings were offered. As a main dish, there were two choices: bark roast slices with small pineapple pieces, potato gratin and black roots (the asparagus of the poor man) and carving with cauliflower roasts in Hollandaise as well as various noodles.
