"It was a very convenient location for us for a pre performance dinner at 5:30 on our way to the Middle Temple Hall. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were the only diners in the place for our first half hour and they accommodated our preference to have the Muzak played more quietly a rare treat in this noisy world. The food was good, the portions plentiful. My only small complaint was that the broccoli side portion arrived pretty cold and without the garlic it was advertised as having. But it still complimented my spaghetti carbonara, which was a true Italian dish."

It was quite a lackluster experience. While the staff were friendly and attentive, the food was rather unremarkable considering the price.

I arrived for an early lunch and found the restaurant to be very quiet. I was seated at a table right away. The staff were polite and friendly, providing excellent service. The food was delightful. It was the perfect lunch experience!

Food was good, however the ambience was a bit disappointing. The restaurant is presented online as a luxury one however it is not. This is the restaurant of Crown Hotel and the feeling was to be on the way of someone's else, as tables were there just to be around the bar. Would not recommend it for a night out or a date.

I had a very enjoyable evening at Diciannove. The restaurant is elegant and stylish, yet the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The food was beautifully presented and expertly prepared. Both the meal and the wine were delightful. The staff was friendly and professional, and the pace of the evening was just right. I highly recommend it!

We got upgraded to a private room which was lovely, food was really nice too. Two main gripes however. 1) it took 20 minutes for them take our order, another 20 minutes for them to bring our drinks, just ridiculous. 2) They offer a set menu and a la carte. As a big group we all had to choose one or the other, yet the bill is itemised, doesn't make sense. food and ambience very nice though
