"the dimberger glocke is a traditional restaurant in the noble southern suburb of Dortmund-Kirchhörde.In the beginning of 2016, the family has taken over this restaurant. it already manages the schlossstuben in Holzwickede.Bisher was dimberger one of our favorite restaurants there. we were curious if we still like it.Lage and ambience:The restaurant can be reached directly from the klöcknerstraße through the bar area as well as from the hollow oak.The spatialities were taken over by the predecessor almost unchanged. through the entrance to the hollow oak lies to the left the large room and to the right the small room with access to the bar area. These two rooms and the open kitchen are optically connected to one another by several large wall openings to form a partially open construction. the large room with medium-brown floor parquet and bright walls, interrupted by several red-black motiw wallpapers, seemed very welcoming as before. dark red leather benches and old dark wooden chairs with armrests and dark red seat cushions invite you to a comfortable stay. The tables were covered with white fabric tablecloths as well as white and light gray fabric napkins. old american cutlery, simple modern wine glasses, small water glasses and slim silver lights with slim white rod candles rounded off the table accessories. new were some container with lush green plants as a space divider. I didn't like that, because after my opinion the optical generousness of this room is lost. The small room was equipped with beige leather upholstered chairs as before, but was covered on the tables identically.A cozy furnished terrace invited the free-air fans to stay with nice weather. Service:Two new faces. a young lady served us. She was friendly and polite, partly showing us something to be researched. that was because the knowledge of the wine already had. my demand, whether the open rosé would be dry, she commented “how rosé are always like”! as she did not offer a sample swallow, we prefer dry white burgundy (martin Tesch/Nahe, 0.2 l to 5,40 €) and dry gray burgundy (Herrenberg/Pfalz, 0.2 l to 5,40 €). both were too warm with 12 degrees (sieveecko always has the small weinthermometer:).-on our complaint there were the usual escapes: "Don't get! Maybe it's the heat, etc. the refrigerator is set at 7 degrees.” who knows when the bottles were placed in the refrigerator or how long the carafes were standing on the safe after pouring in before they reached us! Menu:A new cook, a new menu!5 start, 3 suppen, 20 meat dishes, 4 fish dishes, 2 salads, 4 vegetarian dishes, no dessert card. additional one season ticket.Typical spears, many with fantasies: Nordic smoked salmon 10 €; chicks in tomato sauce with gouda baked 10 €; tomato cream 5 €; salat plate kirchhörde 13 €; wobbly soup 5 €; rumpsteak from 21 €; pig carving 15 €; putensteak madras 15 €; verk back 16 € Most main dishes are offered with salat beg line.Offers are additionally selectable and payable supplements such as pommes, croquettes, sauce hollandaise, sauce bearnaise, champignon cream sauce, pfefferrahmsauce, pfifferling cream sauce (all year!) – convenience products? Our dishes:bread and a puffed out from the house there were no small pieces. That was nice. “Wiener schnitzel vom kalb mit röstkartoffeln und mixed Salat” (19,50 €):The two neatly flat knocked pieces of the calf were delicate inside. However, the panade was not really chessed, but at the cutting-edge brittle. The roasted potatoes were even browned and chess. the beilagensalat was dullly assembled and poured with banal all-world yogurt dressing. “Dimbergerpfanne – lend from the grill on roast potatoes with a colourful selection of vegetables and herbal butter” (17,90 €): Why did you have to ask for the meat? the add “black” lendchen would be more meaningful and would not have blown up the text of the menu! In a hot cast iron pan lay roast potatoes and green beans, flower cabbage, broccoli and pinions close next to each other. on it four discs of pork fillet, slightly browned but dry and tasty to the watery taste the cook had missed a “creative” klecks sauce hollandaise the mark ......! but where was the avized criminal butter? forgotten! was seized and then handed separately. was tastefully also not a revelation!Factory:I missed good craftsman's kitchen services and tasteful raffinesse."
