we went to the dischinger by accident. it is a small, hearty, traditional German local. it is lovingly decorated. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the menu is seasonal and offers products from the region. eating was very good and the price justified.

small local that is located on a main road, like a small house you can say not too filled to edge. eating is not as expensive as other local in constanz and serving enough to get fed. currently but few dishes not available because it is avoided because of low durability to reduce waste. Nevertheless, the service has been very nice and the food was quickly prepared. it tasted good too.

damn delicious! I had carved in Germany, freshly made, tasted like my omi earlier. the jerky steak was unrealistic on a hot rock, so that one could partly boil, with three sauces and spatzle not hard, rich spatzle but beautiful, delicious gadget. restaurant location is much quieter than the hipest restaurants and volume tourist locations in the old town. if they wish to eat authentic German while they are in constancy here!

I wanted to visit a restaurant that was praised in the guide michelin during my 1-day visit to Constance. it was like some others on a Tuesday. so I just walked a bit through the old town and by chance came past this restaurant. it seemed very cozy from the outside and the menu pries mainly regional fish dishes. then I decided for the bottom sea quarter of 4 different fish fillets. - good decision - and as an appetizer a red bete carpacchio with skydressing. the service was very friendly and competent, the food was served very quickly and the price more than reasonable. would therefore be coming back at any time.

eating was good, but would justify an evaluation of only 4 points. in particular the salatdressing tasted somewhat artificial. I can't judge whether the sauce was completely free of additives in the frame carving. On the other hand, the point of the tweeled roast was hit very well. It is striking that the restaurant has increasingly established itself as a traditional restaurant and is particularly popular with the somewhat older look, so it feels like the time there has been something. the rating of 5 points, however, justifies the very unusual, self-contained service of the (head) waiter. his fun at work is transferred to the guests and leaves a sustainable impression.

We were looking around the old town for a restaurant to have dinner and decided on this one because of its rather sizeable fish menu. It is a small restaurant with a lovely, home-feel setting. Knowing very little German we sought help on some of the fish names and the gentleman that served us was very helpful in explaining and recommending dishes and wine to us. Our beetroot salad was wonderfully with the combination of red onion and blackberry sauce. We chose two fish dishes as main: a quartett of Bodensee fishes, and Eglifilet.
